Located in Sanibel, this gulf front condo is perfect for a large family. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds in bunk style. My gorgeous condo offers a comfortable and charming retreat for you and your guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and shower. Whether you're lounging in the AC-cooled living room, staying connected with WiFi, or freshening up your clothes with the washing machine, our place has everything you need. The place was awesome. We enjoyed our first time trip to Sanibel. The ocean view was there but beach view obstructed by vegetation(balcony pictured did not show this). Host was available & wonderful, answering all our questions & helping with places to dine & things to do. I would definitely recommend this place to friends & family.

Thank you for your wonderful review.. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. As far as the photos of the gulf my photos aren’t to deceive. Sanibel’s gulf front is always changing. Sometimes you can see the sand and other times the sea grapes grow so fast you can’t until they are trimmed down. We love to see all the green now since there was a lack of it the last few years. Again, thank you for staying in C102!

The accommodations were fantastic. This condo had everything you needed to enjoy our time in Sanibel. Whether you wanted to eat out or cook your own meals, this location had everything you needed. The host was friendly, responsive and from booking to checking in, the whole process was seamless.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Well stocked with everything from dishes to a crock pot to a closet full of tons of beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon, and toys. The property was new and beautiful, with a large pool, gas grills poolside, and several pickleball courts. Private beach access steps away. We'll stay again next time we're on the island!

If I could rate our stay 100 out of 10 I would. Seriously. Everything about it was perfect. It's spacious, comfortable, has quality furniture and linens and a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms! The SandDollar complex was great with many friendly owners/renters, beach access was easy and OMG the view! I've read through all of the VRBO reviews and no one gives this view the attention and credit it deserves! See photos of our stay for proof. And Lisa, the owner/manager, is so responsive and helpful! My only complaint is that I had to leave. Can't wait to stay here again!

Happy family!

We just finished our stay at C102 Sanddollar and had one of the best Sanibel vacations we've ever had. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the complex was wonderful- great location, beautiful pool, and awesome grilling facilities. The unit has beautiful new furniture and the owners were very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back to this condo for future Sanibel vacations!

Holiday celebration

The condo was fully renovated. Beds were comfortable and location was excellent for beach walks. The host was very kind to us because there was still some construction being done. This did not impact our stay however. We have come to the island for 20 yrs and this was an excellent choice for a condo. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay at Sanibel

We found a spacious and very comfortable house. All was very clean and well organised. All was easy when we had to organise the rooms and beds for 4 adults and 3 kids who wanted to sleep together. We enjoy cooking and we found that the kitchen was extremely well equipped. It is not our first stay at Sanibel and I must say that this time things were remarkably well and easy. Lisa was on top of everything and had everything prepared when we arrived. Looking forward to having an occasion to repeat !!

First trip to Sanibel Island

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. The location to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the pool, it all made for a super vacation. Our host was so quick to replace broken sand chairs to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

Girls Trip

My sister and I came for a week with 6 of our children. We had a wonderful time. Storage closet was full of chairs, toys, umbrellas for our use. Only issue we had was master shower would only get warm. The pool area and grills were clean. Heated pool was nice. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Location

The beach was very open, few people near us. It was close enough to restaurants but still pretty secluded. The no see ums were a little worse here, but the beach made up for it. The condo had everything we needed the view thru the palms to the water was fine.

Perfect Sanibel family vacation!

Everything described in the listing was accurate and perfect! This was our first time using VRBO and Lisa made it seemless and perfect. Our family of 5 had more than enough room, beach was so nice with great access. Pool was spotless and warm with great mix of sun and shade. This really was an A+ place to visit and stay. We are already looking forward to coming back here!

Beautiful Views

This is a lovely mid island spot away from the hustle and bustle of Periwinkle. The lanai spans the width of the entire condo (a rarity on Sanibel) and the views are beautiful. The Sanddollar complex is extremely well maintained and we loved the 4 gas grills by the pool and the easy 2 minute level walk to the beach. The owner of the condo is extremely responsive and made our vacation very relaxing.

AMAZING

Awesome experience! This was our first time visiting Sanibel and this condo was perfect! Clean, close walk to the beach, had everything needed for the beach including chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and plenty of towels! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space (i went with my my 3 children and husband, my parents, and my grandmother). Super quick walk to the beach and the pool and beach were super nice, not crowded at all and clean. They have hose to clean off shoes and body, bathrooms by the pool, separate storage area for the beach supplies. Easy access to everything! We really enjoyed our stay and will be doing it again!

Nice quiet part of Sanibel Island

Overall a very enjoyable stay at the Sand Dollar. Two of the three rooms have king size beds which is hard to find. Wish we had a better view of water but only a short walk to get there. Very well stocked with towels and amenities. Would recommend.

Sanibel LUV

This was the first condo of 4 that we have stayed in of this building. They had the extra little touches that make a big difference. They supplied laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, lotion, and some of the kitchen starters that are needed. So nice to have entry at building and not have to go get a key somewhere else! We have had to call others for beach towels because they didn't supply enough, more than needed here. We had the best week, condo clean and well supplied. Only problem is we had to leave there!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Great Beach Rental

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for a week and found it to be one of the best we have rented on Sanibel. The condo had everything we needed, was well cleaned, roomy enough for a large family, and is located in a great spot on the island. Definitely will book again next year!

Best Family Vacation

This listing was spot on. We had the best time at this property the complex is small and private. There was nothing more we needed for our stay and our next visit we can leave our towels and chairs at home as what they provided is good quality. It was the hardest vacation for our family of 5 to leave we needed another week to take all that Sanibel offers in. We will be back next year!
