Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Very peaceful and safe
All kitchen appliances.Enjoy the breeze on your private deck while drinking a cup of morning coffee. Fun awaits you at the resort pool, beach or plethora of shops and restaurants in the area. In the evening, bask in the beauty of the moonlight as rises over the ocean to create a fabulous painting to end the day before going out to see what's happening on the island for nighttime entertainment.

We are a condo with a community pool and two beach access points. Please note that we are on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator. You get two parking pass for your vehicle

General parking at the condo. There is local transportation available if needed after a night out at the local establishments on the island.

Due to the extra cleaning involved amid Covid19 I have tried to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible. Cleaning fee includes fresh set of linens and cleaning. If you are doing a one day stay, there will be no linens provided. Please bring your own.
There is a pet fee, and please make sure to pay for it. A fee is for per pet

Our 3rd stay here. The condo is so comfortable and in the perfect location. Suresh is easy to communicate with and has added nice updates this year. New pots and pans. New towels and bedding. I think the primary king bed is different. I slept like a champ all week! Everything you need for meals is already in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay!

Very nice place, location to beach and pool was perfect. Supply of beach chairs and sand toys was nice. Only negative was third floor location, but we knew that when we booked it.

Perfect Beach Stay

I traveled with my parents, teenagers, husband, and dog, and had a wonderful beach getaway! Suresh was easy and lovely to communicate with. The condo was just as described. (we did misread “linens provided” - we stayed for one night and found out the hard way that bath towels were not provided. luckily we had packed lots of beach towels!) The property includes a pool, and easy access to the beach! We will definitely stay at The Surf again! Thanks so much, Suresh!

Likes: beside the beach, beautiful view, and private access. Cons: The host never sent check in/check out instructions and when we arrived, the host told us we hadn’t paid for the property. We had to find receipts proving we paid for this when we booked over a year ago. When we did find them, we were allowed to check in but had to wait on Vrbo to complete an investigation. The parking lot also floods more than surrounding areas and has large speed bumps. Would avoid low vehicles.

Great family getaway!

This was very convenient for us to visit as a family with our Marine at Camp Lejeune. Convenient access to the beach with beach chairs. Allowed pet dog. It was clean and did not smell like any pets had been there. The host was great with her communications and helpful in adding an extra night to our stay! The only drawback was having to climb up to the third floor with our luggage; however, we knew about this because we stayed this facility before. The loft area did tend to get a bit warm, but the fans worked well.

Great beach stay

The condo is great and so nice to be able to bring our dog. Having the beautiful pool is wonderful when you get tired of the sand. It’s such a nice location in Surf City. Suresh is an excellent host. Our second time there and we will be back!

Adorable condo

This condo was so cute! Plus it had so many amenities. There were even beach chairs and a wagon! Perfect location. The only issue I had was climbing the stairs to the 3rd level. My fault for not asking I suppose. I would still highly recommend this adorable condo on the beach!

Great stay

Enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving for my young adult Marine. Just 30 minutes from Camp Lejeune but Sirf City is a fun little town. This condo had all the necessities we needed to enjoy a home cooked meal (they had everything we needed - including electric heaters which I initially didn’t see so I expected I’d have to hand mash potatoes. Huge TV with spectrum And Roku. Very comfy sofa lounger. Comfortable master bed and roomy loft with two additional beds - also great to have 1.5 baths. My dogs loved their visit too!

Beach vacation 2023

We brought my MIL to beach and we had an amazing time! The condo was decorated beautifully and had a lot of extra things we might had forgotten! Would love to come back next year!

Comfortable beach stay

This cute condo is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. The beach is easily accessible and having the pool is wonderful. Bonus beach toys and wagon in the outdoor closet. Staff at the condos are professional and helpful. Suresh is a pleasant and attentive host, responsive to all our needs, making sure we had his contact information for our stay.

Great location and great unit.

The only negative for this trip is that when the tide is at high there is no beach access directly at the boardwalk from the complex. Once the tide is low there is plenty of beach access. This unit was very nice and was a great place to stay. I would recommend to others.

Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway

My husband and I and miniature schnauzer thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a nice location with views of the ocean and courtyard from the balcony. Very close to shops and restaurants. The condo itself is very nice with extremely comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen where I even cooked our cornish hens for Thanksgiving dinner! Suresh was a very nice host and was very responsive. We asked for an earlier check-in and he contacted us that the property would be available at 1:00! That said, a couple of negative things....the TV in the living room was terrible. The picture and sound was awful. The linens were of poor quality and did not smell clean. There was a lack of linens, especially in the kitchen. The condo was not very clean. The floors, especially underneath the furniture had not been cleaned for months. Lots of dog hair. sand, and food droppings left behind. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Keep in mind this is a third floor unit so the stairs can be very challenging, especially when unloading and loading your items. Thank you Suresh!

Surf City getaway in September

When my daughter and I checked in, we did notice the condo was not as cleaned as I had expected. Sand was everywhere on the furniture and deck, plus the previous renters left a bunch of food behind. Overall, the condo was in the best area of the beach and we both loved the pool.

First visit to Surf City

Property was nice and very clean on arrival. Layout was good although we did not use the upstairs loft. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Love that pets were allowed. The three flights of stairs provided a workout especially when unloading and loading. Only issues we had were the shower drain and one bathroom sink were very clogged and a couple of light bulbs were burnt out (living room ceiling fan) making it fairly dark at the table. Light on porch also did not work. Overall great location and nice condo!

Summer fun In Topsail

Great condo with loft, comfortably decorated, by the ocean. Owner extremely nice and responsive. Easy check in and out, and beautiful pool with 3rd floor deck with view of the ocean. Will come again thanks!
