Don't miss the Video of newly renovated comfortable single story home in the much desired beautiful neighborhood of Upper La Floresta. 2 Bedrooms with Queen sized beds and 2 Bathrooms each with a shower. Additionally there is a couch in the living room that folds open into a twin size bed. Indoor fully stocked modern kitchen and Outdoor kitchen with propane gas BBQ. No steps within the house, only couple of small steps entering the house from the street.

The Mirador offers mountain views with seating opportunity for your morning coffee / tea. Quality filtered water, high speed Fiber Optic Internet and Smart TV, Netflix. Walking distance of minutes to Walmart, Restaurants, Movie Theater, Shops, Plaza, Bus Stop with frequent service to Guadalajara. 3 newly built hospitals and many other medical services nearby, including dentists.

Location, location, ubicación

Home owners were kind and attentive hosts. Manager of facility was excellent and respectful, going out of her way to assist. Neighborhood is safe and charming, House was cute and well situated to see best of the marvels of Ajijic on foot. A marvelous place to make a temporary home.

Absolutely perfect. Cool comfortable home with no noise from nearby streets. Cannot wait to return and enjoy this same property again. The sunroom area was my absolute favorite room.

Nice place in La Floresta!

This is a great place to rent for people who want to be close to downtown, and to other amenities like Lakeside Little Theatre (there was an excellent play on when we were there), SuperLake and Walmart stores, etc. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good - but beware that the dishwasher doesn't work so you will be handwashing and drying the dishes. We had a car so appreciated being able to park inside the parking area doors.We were never able to meet or talk to the property manager, but the woman in the VRBO office always answered her phone. The keys were left outside, and we were able to let ourselves in to the house when we arrived; we repeated that when we left. As well, owners Gabi and Ali were very communicative through the VRBO message app.

Upper la Floresta-great location for walkers

Great property, lovely neighbors, helpful owners! All dogs around kept in excellent control.kitchen had most of our needs, except a sharp knife and since you can’t travel with one-pick one up at market day! I enjoyed the garden space very much.

Wonderful property!

Amazing property, great location, excellent communication with owner! Location is very convenient; moments from the Carretera and walking/cycling path and bus stop. Walmart and Laguna mall are about 5 minutes walk to the east, and Bugambilias mall/El Torito supermarket/Ajijic Wednesday market are about 7 minutes the other direction. We managed the entire stay without having to have a car. Property itself is outstanding. Large kitchen with everything we needed for the stay. Comfortable living area, and we loved the floor to ceiling doors that open to the patio and garden. Loved the skylights! The bedroom has an air conditioning unit (which we did not have to use while we were there, but it's good to have in the hotter months). Owner's representative met us at the property when we checked in and gave us the keys, and answered all our questions. Communication with the owner was rapid and helpful. We would give this property a 10/10 rating, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A Great Stay!

Wonderful location, within a 20-minute walk to anything and everything. A great outdoor space to lounge, relax and enjoy the unbeatable Ajijic weather. Communication was good, the house had all the amenities you would need including high-speed internet. Great Trip

Great location!

This house is in a fantastic location central and walkable to all of the fun things to see and do in Ajijic! Al was a great host. The view from the mirador is absolutely stunning.

Best House.....Best Location

My three brothers and I meet in Mexico every year for a week for the past 30 years and this house was one of the best of all. The owner was very responsive. He answerd all my question promptly and was very kind. The house was clean with nice kitchen and beautiful patio with gas grill and frige. The location was close to everything we needed. We would stay there again for sure...Bh

We discovered Ajijic in 2017 and immediately fell in love with this ideally located small town. Ever since we have been coming here whenever we find time. We hope to retire here and enjoy the wonderful, friendly people, location and culture.

Our home is centrally located in the much sought after Upper La Floresta gated community. It is in walking distance to Walmart, Shops, Restaurants, Plaza, Lake, weekly Farmer's Market and many other places.
Upper La Floresta is a safe neighborhood and fairly quiet.

Our home was completely remodeled in 2017, we love the front garden with beautiful views of mountains from the mirador, perfect for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine.
Our home is completely enclosed, with 1 car parking inside.
We love the outdoor kitchen and BBQ with shaded seating.
