There are 2 kitchens and large open living rooms on each floor, plus a huge theater room with surround sound. 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms (including two master suites with attached baths) Large open floor plan for family friendly get-togethers, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Large patio with lighted pergola, hot tub, bbq, firepit, outdoor dining, and no backyard neighbors. Close to several parks, Cherry Peak resort and USU.

Great place for our family to stay!! The theatre room was fun for the kids, greatly appreciated the communication and plenty of blankets, linens, towels, etc. would recommend to others with the note that most of the bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. Only 1 low-to-the-ground bed and a half bath on the main level, which might be a consideration for some groups.

The house was the perfect size for large family of 17. There were plenty of spaces for the children to play both inside and outside. Between the upstairs and downstairs kitchens, we had everything we needed to cook meals for all of us to eat together. The fold out tables were super helpful. The ping pong table was a huge hit for the adults in the evenings!

This property was perfect for our family birthday celebration. The little children loved the playground (cabin). It kept them entertained the entire weekend. Two kitchens were a plus. Large enough great room to accommodate our entire group. Plenty of sleeping space, which included cots for little ones. Bunk areas good for our teenagers. I do wish back grass area was a little larger. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.

We had a great stay! The house is on the north end of Logan with stores and restaurants just a few blocks away. Easy access to the city center of Logan and USU. The house is in a quite neighborhood and had plenty of parking. The house is amazing. It has an incredible projector tv with staium seating. It has a large jacuzzi outside along with a swing set and slide for the kids. The garage has a pingpong table, air hockey table and foosball table. There are a large variety of different bedrooms which were clean and comfortable. The House easily accommodated our large extended family of 15 . The house has a large kitchen and kitchen table with a large family room with sofas and recliners. There is also a second kithen and family room in the basement. The house exceeded our expectations.

Check-in was seamless and simple.Everything that you would ever need for a fantastic stay with a large family and friends was included in the house. We were there as a launch pad for a family reunion including a trip to Golden Spike National Monument and other sites around Cache Valley. This house was easy access to everything that we had planned. 5 star service and a wonderful stay. With a kitchen up and and kitchen down it allowed for the perfect way to spread our group across the house.Comfortable, cozy, and well equipped for all age groups from our youngest 1 year old to our oldest 85 year old.

The layout of the rooms and the house perfectly fit our needs, with 6 couples, 1 single, and 6 children. We had a wonderful time. The only disappointment was the backyard, as it was small and adjacent to a large grassy area that was prohibited. We just took the kids to parks instead.

Nice spacious home. Plenty of room for our family of 19. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The hot tub, ping pong table and theatre room were favorites. Ran out of trash bags and owners quickly responded, bringing what we needed. Would highly recommend for a family gathering.

Amazing property, and the most organized house I have ever had the pleasure of using! Hosts were helpful and prompt, and our family was able to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We utilized each space and had plenty of room for the small ones to nap while the grownups kept playing. This Vrbo was a good location for a home base and allowed us to go have fun adventures in Cache Valley!

Another great reunion!

This was our second year at this property and it was a great experience again. Our family likes to go out and play sports/games and it's located near lots of great little parks and the rec center. They are very well stocked for large groups and sleeping, as well as in the kitchen. Very communicative host, and a great place for a large family.

We came for a wedding in the area. We were able to fit big families with kids. The kids loved the media room, and playing in the back yard. The garden at the house was also great.

Family Reunion

We used this house as a central location for our family reunion. The best thing about the house was the crazy amount of supplies they had for accommodating large groups--lots of bedding, extra tables, and chairs. It is truly in a lovely little neighborhood. Parking was a tricky and you might want to make plans to park elsewhere if you have lots of cars. (We wanted to make sure we were good neighbors)The host was incredibly fast about responding to any questions or concerns. Great value and stay!

The Magical House

We loved this house! Our grandkids called it "the magical house". Everyone had room to spread out (we had 9 adults and 9 kids (8 and under) and all were provided for--from travel beds and small cots to bunk beds and king size beds. There were extra tables and chairs which all fit into the spacious dining area. There was plenty to do-- games from the well-stocked game closet, ping pong and foozball in the garage, a hot tub, AND an amazing theater room with 12 recliners. Even "Bluey"" looks epic on the BIG screen (but there were SO many other movie options.) The owners made themselves available to answer questions and even solve a technology problem (that we had created) The house had what we needed in the way of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and griddles, which made meals easy to prepare. (Not to mention there's another kitchen downstairs!) The kids found the "secret play area" that was "just their size" that had SO many fun toys for playing make- believe games. No wonder they thought it was magical! We did too! Highly recommended!

Great place for big families!

We had a fantastic time staying at this house! We have a really big family and we are all able to stay comfortably at the house. It's in a great neighborhood, plenty of great amenities and entertainment, and in an area where there's lots to do winter or summer. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again.

Best Stay in Utah

We had such a wonderful time at this house! There was lots of room for our group and plenty to do. The movie room was so nice! This place is definitely our favorite place to stay in the future. I am sure it will still be comfortable as our family grows ❤️

Exceptional stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at this property. When we walked inside the property we were blown away with the space. Between the movie night in the theater room with family to hanging out in the hot tub at the end of a long wedding weekend, we felt right at home! It was great to use the streaming services as well and have peace of mind knowing we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back again for more fun in the future!

Wedding Weekend with Family

Fabulous wedding weekend for our niece. The family got together and loved being able to stay together. The house was perfect and close to the venue. We loved sitting outside catching up and visiting. Thank you for having an abundance of chairs. We needed those. We loved watching a movie, playing games and having plenty of rooms for everyone to have a great night sleep. The place couldn't have been better for us. Thank you!

A perfect place for our family reunion

We have rented homes for our family reunion for a number of years. This is by far our best experience. The home, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and yard were all exceptional. The theater was great and user friendly. The yard, with playhouse, sandbox, swings, firepit, large grass area was excellent. The games in the garage were a hit with kids and parents. Supplies, including bedding, kitchen supplies, table, chairs, etc. were all good. The downstairs without AC was a negative. There were 5 wasp nests in the playhouse which we treated with Black Flag to eliminate. One of our cars left an oil leak on the driveway which we tried to clean up but left a visible spot.

Plenty of space

This home worked perfectly for our family to stay together while we were in town for a wedding. It had plenty of space with 7 bd and 4.5 baths. We didn’t cook while there so I can’t attest to how well the kitchen was stocked but there was plenty of bedding and linens. Communication with property manager was quick. It also ended up being very conveniently located to our wedding venue, which was a big plus.

Golden anniversary celebration for parents

The home was perfect for our family to celebrate my parents golden anniversary. There were areas to gather together and it was nice to have the room to spread out as well. The tankless water heater was wonderful because there was never want for hot water. The ac worked great on the main floor. In the basement there are two rooms without ac, however it cooled off enough at night that having the windows open and the fan going it was comfortable to sleep in. We were there the beginning of July.

No AC No Hot Water

When we arrived at the property, there was no air-conditioning. The AC people were there tried to fix it, but it didn’t get fixed until 36 hours later. And there was also no hot water and the host didn’t seem to really care that we were really hot And we didn’t have any hot water. The house itself is amazing. We utilized the home theater. The communication with the host was not the best. I probably wouldn’t stay at this house again because of the host.

Worth Every Single Penny

We loved this place, it was perfect and the hosts were more than generous. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in Cache Valley. I don’t know how this place isn’t rented every single day. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts and the place.

Offsite Business Meeting

House was just as advertised. It was perfect for our group. This was a team building exercise. The dinning room table was large for meetings. The theater room was perfect for demonstrating computer programs.
