Private Riverfront A-Frame! A great spot to de-stress and unplug from the fast pace of life while enjoying the winter wonderland. This stylish A-frame sits on 3 private, wooded acres and offers breathtaking views overlooking the Little Manistee River. Also featuring a spacious yard for games and hanging out with family and friends enjoying a roaring campfire in our fire pit. There is an outdoor shower in the summer for those who want to experience nature and enjoy the view of the river from our outdoor shower. A great private spot on an even quieter road. You will not be disappointed with the tranquility this spot offers.

No parties allowed. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Only registered overnight guests allowed.

Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.
Please note there is a max of 2 dogs allowed with our applicable pet fee.

This was a wonderful stay that was secluded enough while still being close enough to town for forgotten supplies. The host was super communicative and accommodating, the private roads and driveway were well kept (our stay was over nye), and being dog friendly was the cherry on top.

The place was as advertised. Cozy A frame right on the little manistee. Has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Any communication needs were met. Check-in and check-out process was easy.

Our host was amazing with great communication from the start and genuine care that we had the best experience possible. The amenities were all there, and then some. The biggest amenity is the land and the view surrounding this cabin. We stayed in January during heavy snow which made the indoor amenities even that much more important. I can’t wait to go back to hike, fish and canoe in the summer.

This cabin is so cute and peaceful! My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was just what we needed. It was a beautiful setting that was private and relaxing. This cabin would be great for couples or a group of friends!

Amazing Place

Absolutely as advertised! Peaceful little retreat, adorable little town! House was amazing! The tripod available for cooking over the campfire was perfect! And the outdoor shower was perfection! We will be coming back again!

The property is really comfortable. Easy to get to via GPS and checking in was a breeze. The cabin is super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the river is just fantastic.

A gem, perfect place to get away from the city and relax!

My husband absolutely fell in love with this cabin! It was awesome. Very remote but perfectly located by the river and secluded. It was just what we needed to escape from busy life in the city.

Beautiful and secluded

This cabin was perfect for the end of our vacation. Very private and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Nice little piece of property with a river running through it and a porch looking over the back. Would come back if in northern Michigan again.

Great Spot

This location was perfect for what we needed. The shower and bathroom were a bit tight for getting ready but the outdoor shower was surprisingly nice with hot water! We loved the outdoor scenes and even saw many deer and a white rabbit. I would for sure recommend this location to others.

Peaceful and quiet retreat

What an adorable house set in the woods. The property was exactly as described and the owners communicated quickly to questions we had. We loved hearing the birdsongs while sitting on the porch and saw a deer at the stream. The outdoor shower was a true highlight and we enjoyed listening to the vinyl records while cooking meals. The bed in the loft was the most comfortable bed we have experienced at any rental. This was the perfect getaway for relaxing.

Beautiful experience

I highly recommend this property for a quiet get away. The property managers had thoughtfully stocked up with various items including coffee, a grill etc. It is a very remote area and hence, we were able to enjoy several quiet days.

A Gem Among Giants Trees!

If you really want to get away to somewhere secluded, in the woods, enjoy wild life in the river, and enjoy your dog getting some space to explore, this is your place! It felt like waking up in a tree house every morning. Also, if you do want restaurants you’re not far from Ludington and Manistee. Michigan is such a magical state with many wonders north of Luther, but this place offered “off the grid” living in the best possible way. Nice to be away from our normal “up north” destinations. The hosts were extremely helpful too.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is one of our favorite properties. We purchased it because of how it feels when you walk into the space. It has a great up north feel and the view never gets old. The outdoor shower has the same view of the river as the cabin and is a great experience. It is located on a private road and sits on 3 wooded acres so it feels very secluded. We enjoy going here whenever we have an opportunity.
