Free onstreet parking and detached garage available by request. Ideal location with 10min walk to MASS AVE and BOTTLEWORKS. This was our second time staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve an early Christmas dinner. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants, though Bru Burger is our favorite. Check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was great - it was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed at, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the location was terrific. I would 10/10 recommend!

Very Nice!

The home was clean and had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and the home was very accommodating for 5 adults. Kitchen was properly furnished for cooking and second living space was super comfy.

Better than a 10

I would give this property a 10 if I could. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, by far this was the best. Immaculate, spacious, well-appointed home with quality amenities. Joy is the perfect host with the perfect property !!

Pretty much perfect for a family get-together

I don't know what Joy, the Host, could have done that she didn't or wouldn't have done to make our stay any better. House was in a great, very walkable to downtown, location. Having 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths was perfect. Having access to the garage....perfect. Kitchen was well-stocked. Area information book....super helpful. Joy was SUPER responsive when I had questions. And when my sister in-law forgot an item, Joy was wonderful in making sure I could retrieve it before we left town. We're already making plans to visit again as Indy is a good midway point for our family. Thanks, Joy!!!!

Road Game at Lucas Oil

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. We met up with friends from other states to catch a football game. Kitchen was amazing. Communication with the manager was simple. They were very accommodating by allowing us an early check in. Beds were super comfortable. The couch and chairs on the main floor were not very comfortable, but the lower level couch was good for relaxing.

In town for Event Downtown with Family

We came to Indy for a Gala in the downtown area. This house was amazing and perfect and plenty of room for our family of 6. The house is stocked with everything you need and is super clean. Beds are so comfortable!! In the perfect location, close to everything. Loved walking in the morning to local coffee shop and some shopping downtown. Neighbors were outside and were so friendly. The owners of the house were great to work with, quick to respond if needed and so friendly. They gave so many suggestions on things to do and restaurants. Don't hesitate to book this rental, we can't wait to return for another great weekend.

Long weekend stay for ball tourney

Our family, including 2 teenagers, stayed 4 nights at this property for a baseball tourney. The house was immaculate (cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in), conveniently located, and in close proximity to some of the best restaurants near the downtown area. The host was extremely responsive. We appreciated the amenities of the property including bottles of water in fridge, plenty of coffee, terrific beds and bedding, and a nice guest book to review for restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend!

Great Indy Experience

The property is very clean and was exactly as seen in pictures. Six adults had plenty of space. Street parking is available but can be a challenge if your group has multiple cars. Our use of the garage helped since our family had three vehicles. We did not have any issues during our stay and enjoyed our experience.

Overall everything was great. Check in process and communication with host was easy and timely. Will definitely stay again next time in Indy. Only gave four stars on location due to a little train and traffic noise and the on street parking can fill up fast. Thanks for the great stay!

Great first experience in Indianapolis

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The host responded immediately when there was an issue which was much appreciated. We used several of their recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. All were excellent suggestions. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Indy.

Charming townhouse with privacy and easy access to downtown!

This house offers both charm and comfort! It was the ideal place for our crew, providing ample space and privacy across its multiple levels. The cleanliness was outstanding, and it came stocked with all the essentials. The owners communication for check in/out and local eatery recommendations was appreciated. Nice Property for Family of Adults

Property owners were always accessible for questions. Well equipped property left us not wanting for much. Outside spaces were nice for sitting and enjoying the breezes while drinking morning coffee. Big table was perfect for spreading out puzzle pieces. Close to downtown. Street parking was adequate. Could use a ceiling fan in the second king bedroom.
