This home will delight you with its 2,500 square footage of living space, high-quality furnishings, stocked kitchen, separate office and 3 smart tv's including a 70" and 65" tv. Free onstreet parking and detached garage available by request. Ideal location with 10min walk to MASS AVE and BOTTLEWORKS. Historic St. Joseph’s Neighborhood is a quiet area close to all major downtown attractions, restaurants and events. (Features doorbell camera and backyard camera for security measures)

-Please lock only the front and back electronic keypad YALE locks when you leave. -Be sure the internal flip security locks on the front and back doors are left unlocked.

This place was great - it was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed at, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the location was terrific. I would 10/10 recommend!

This was our second time staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve an early Christmas dinner. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants, though Bru Burger is our favorite. Check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Very Nice!

The home was clean and had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and the home was very accommodating for 5 adults. Kitchen was properly furnished for cooking and second living space was super comfy.

Great place and great hosts

Our family really enjoyed the property. The accommodations were very nice and we particularly enjoyed the coffee bar that was provided. Perfect location to go to spots on Mass Ave. and also downtown. Jenson and Joy were always quick to answer questions. Would go book again without hesitation.

Great Place

The cleanest VRBO that I've stayed in. Wasn't at the place much, but coffee bar was awesome. The water was hot with plenty of towels and soap to get buy. Will definitely be back!

This property is top notch! It was perfect for our family gathering in Indy. Such a treat to find some pre-stocked kitchen amenities. Easy access to downtown and to I65 which makes travel to other Indy spots so handy. We will definitely stay again!

Overall everything was great. Check in process and communication with host was easy and timely. Will definitely stay again next time in Indy. Only gave four stars on location due to a little train and traffic noise and the on street parking can fill up fast. Thanks for the great stay!

Way better than expected.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the property and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location was great, in clean safe historic neighborhood. Communications with the host were superb. We plan on staying here again.

The residence was great. Plenty of bedrooms though it was just my wife and I. The basement is the selling point for me. We lounged in it everyday. Super clean.

Road Game at Lucas Oil

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. We met up with friends from other states to catch a football game. Kitchen was amazing. Communication with the manager was simple. They were very accommodating by allowing us an early check in. Beds were super comfortable. The couch and chairs on the main floor were not very comfortable, but the lower level couch was good for relaxing.

Great first experience in Indianapolis

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The host responded immediately when there was an issue which was much appreciated. We used several of their recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. All were excellent suggestions. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Indy.
