Welcome to Magnolia House. It is a lovely Villa in the Village of McClure Fenney area which is in the newest and greatest part of the Villages. This Villa is super clean and newer with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The dining table seats 6. There is an outdoor patio with a grill and screened porch. There are luxury laminate floors through our the home. This home has a one and a half garage for your car and a golf cart. GOLF CART IS INCLUDED AS A COURTESY. Flat screen TV with Xfinity and high-speed internet. This Villa is located near executive golf courses, pools, nature trails for walking/biking, recreation centers, neighborhood pools, family pools, sports pools, and hundreds of clubs. Too many amenities to mention. The Villages is a golf cart community. Publix is nearby in Magnolia Plaza. There is daily music at Edna's on the Green and nightly music at any of the town centers and coming soon to nearby Sawgrass Grove.

****Village IDs are not required for occupancy of this rental but if you want to enjoy all the amenities that the Villages have to offer then you can get 2 Villager's ID cards for a cost of $50. Please contact us directly as we will need to obtain information so it can be processed with the Villages. Your IDs will be available when you arrive. We will send you an acknowledgement when the ID cards are ready for your pick-up.

Villages Stay

The house was very clean. Owners were very easy to connect with. The location was perfect for our family visit. The golf cart gave us additional flexibility which was nice. It’s on the South side of the Villages so if you plan a trip to Orlando, like we did, it’s less than an hour away.

Wonderful & Comfortable!

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. We had a great stay and highly recommend this location if you want to visit The Villages. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and amenities are still close by.

Great place to stay in the Villages!

This lovely home was just right for my house-hunting trip. The owners are very accommodating and extremely responsive. We were three adults and had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai, morning and night. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens and towels and the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for a great stay!
