Great house plus all the extras

House was clean and fully stocked with towels and linens. Game room entertained kids when they weren’t out playing in the pool. Extra bonus was the tv in the tiki hut outside. Perfect rental house.

Perfect place for spring break

This property lived up to it's billing and Ronny was great to work with, from time of booking throughout our stay. Very responsive. The house was updated, clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The backyard is awesome - a little bit of everything - relaxing by the fire, some kayaking and the kids even caught quite a few fish from the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property

My husband and I were visiting family near Pompano for just an extended weekend and needed a bit of extra room. This was the perfect location. We planned on going to the beach for a day, but changed our mind after the first day at the property. The salt water pool was heated and clean and provided everything we were looking for our family time together. Our 8 year old granddaughter had just as much fun as the adults. We did not need more but had the option of kayaks, paddleboards, table tennis, cornhole, tiki-covered fire pit, water toys and so much more. Dinner was a breeze with the grill and all kitchen amenities on hand. Everything was as pictured and described on the site. Bedrooms, baths, living space layout, cleanliness, and air conditioning, were perfect. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Only wish we had a few extra days to stay. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Fantastic house!

This property is exactly as described! Clean and bright with plenty of space for our family. The pool was amazing and gave us a quiet place to relax after the hustle and bustle of visiting the local beaches. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent home

This vacation home was beyond our expectations. I am a very diserning renter and do a great deal of research before I chose a property. This house did NOT disappoint. It was pristine and exactly as pictured. While the house is small, it is huge in ammenities. Everything is updated, extremely clean, and comfortable. The pool, yard area and dock were fabulous. We spent most of our time outdoors, loving the quiet and relaxation. Beach, restaurants and stores are all in close proximity making the location ideal. Ronny was very easy to reach and very helpful in every way. I highly recommend this house, it is wonderful in every way.

Spectacular Property

Sea La Vie is an amazing property and exceeded my expectations. What you see in the listing photos is 100% accurate. The home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet. All of the beds, including the futon and sofa bed, were comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The walk-in shower was fantastic and with a tankless water heater there is endless hot water. All the towels (even the pool towels!) were soft and thick. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We like to eat-in when we travel and had everything necessary to cook breakfast and grill lunch/dinners. The only thing that would be helpful is a few more spoons and forks as we had six people and they went fast. All the appliances were clean and in good working order. The real showstopper is the backyard. WOW. We spent a lot more time at the property than I imagined, because there was really no need to leave! It feels very private. The patio is beautiful. The covered eating area is spacious. The tiki hut was our favorite place to hang for coffee in the morning, reading during the day, and chill with a fire at night. My son spent hours catching fish off the dock. The pool is very clean, large and 6ft deep (which thrilled my kids). With the positioning of the awning off the house and the tiki hut in the back, a different portion of the pool is shaded a good portion of the day. So, you can relax in the water in shade or sun, whatever you prefer! No regrets!

Amazing (& Accurate)!!!

This property was GORGEOUS! When you walk inside, you see exactly what you see in the photos. The backyard is even better in person. The property was super clean, and the beds super comfy!! My friends and I stayed for a super low-key weekend and had the best time. We were a short walk to Publix, and not too far from Ft. Lauderdale. The area was quiet, so it was very peaceful. Ronny was a pleasure to work with as well. He was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in several times during our stay which I really appreciated! We are already planning our next trip here!

Peaceful Waterfront Retreat

Our family LOVED everything about our Spring Break stay. We had 3 adults and 4 teenager girls (2 17 and 2 13) and enough room for another adult friend to pop in and stay with us a few days. The house is smaller but very well laid out and well provisioned. Everything we needed was readily available. The house is beautifully decorated and 100% updated - just like it just stepped out of a magazine spread. The real standout is the backyard area where we spent most of our time. The kids loved the pool and sundeck and we fell in love the the peaceful canal setting. Had no idea we would like that setup so much - normally we get a house on the beach but I’m now a convert to the canal views. So easy just to pop the kayaks in the water and take off for a few hours. Would def recommend and we would rent again!

Luxury hotel feel + comforts of home!

We stayed at this property in March of 2023. If you are reading reviews and deciding between multiple properties- stop right now and book this listing. It lives up to all the amazing reviews and beautiful photos. Such a gorgeous property complete with endless thoughtful details. There are so many fun things to do for all ages: sparkling pool, beautiful and spacious outdoor area, grill, fire pit, kayaks, gameroom. The host is excellent with communication and helpful in every way. Thanks again to Ronny for an amazing stay and hoping to return soon!

Great Getaway Vacation!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation getaway. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for trips to the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the back area of the house is amazing;: pool, tiki hut with huge cushioned swivel chairs and a gas fire pit. It has a great outdoor dining table and plenty of lounge chairs. It’s located on a canal which is so pretty and the kayaks and paddle boards were great to have to go up and down the canal. Can’t wait to go back!

A must stay!

This property is every bit true to the listing and photos. Our only complaint is that we didn't have longer to stay and enjoy it! My whole family has said that we will definitely need to book here again-and for longer next time!

Beautiful Family Time

This was the PERFECT rental for our small family - husband, wife and our 18 month old with some relatives around to watch baby explore and love the pool! The size and layout of the house is perfect for family time and keeping an eye on a little. The backyard space is just so much fun and offers so much to a vacation stay. We loved the area and felt very safe and comfy coming and going and enjoying neighborhood walks. The location is also perfect distance to Pompano beach and Lauderdale by the Sea which are very family friendly areas. Overall, a perfect stay managed by fantastic, responsive hosts!

Absolutely Amazing

Such a beautiful home! Would 100% recommend and would rebook next time I’m in the area. Beach is about 7 minutes away so very easy to make it for sunrise. Host responded within minutes anytime we had questions.

Absolutely Perfect

This house was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. We spent hours outside around the pool area. House was stocked better than any we have ever stayed at. All the extra things made it very inviting. Ronny was great with communication. Would for sure stay again!

Relaxing stay

Place looks exactly as it does in photos. My wife and I immensely enjoyed relaxing under the shade by the pool. Even in a muggy late June, the breeze during the day made it wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Pool and property were very clean and welcoming. Ronny responded quickly to any questions. Recommended.

What you see is what you get!

Unlike some experiences we've had with vacation rentals, this house was even better than expected from the pictures - nothing disappointed. The house is very well appointed, and cozy yet spacious enough for a small to medium family. There was even a basket of various snacks on the kitchen counter. The pool and deck are fantastic. The addition of the tiki means that you can find shade at all times of day. We ate lunches and dinners outside (this being Florida, I would suggest you bring some bug spray - there can be some mosquitoes at dusk, but the breeze helps.) There were beach chairs, a sand mat and umbrella (along with toys) so we had everything we needed for trips to the beach. Ronny is a very organized host, and kept us informed before, during and after our stay; he was very responsive and accommodating when we had a few questions. If you're flying in, you will need a car (though there is a Publix about a third of a mile away.) Pompano Beach may be a bit more quiet and laid back than some of its neighbors, but by all accounts it's revitalizing. The renovated pier complex, with its three beach-side restaurants, is a big part of that. The location also made it easy to do day trips to attractions in Miami, Fort Lauderdale (including airboat tours) and Palm Beach (including Lion Country Safari.) I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully appointed home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very well-stocked. The indoor and outdoor spaces are exactly as they appear in photos. The stocked coffee bar and other thoughtful touches throughout the home really set this property apart. Ronny was always immediately available to answer our questions, and was super accommodating. Loved everything about Sea La Vie and highly recommend.
