Modern 4-bed, 2-bath Rapid City home (built 2021) perfect for groups! Enjoy stunning Black Hills sunset views from a quiet subdivision. Features a game room with foosball, a fenced yard with a fire pit & BBQ, and two living areas. Sleeps your entire group comfortably with a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds. Your ideal base for exploring the area!
This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.
New neighborhood conveniently located to access everything Rapid City and Black Hills have to offer. Extensive restaurant selection and grocery (Walmart, Sams, Dakotah Butcher) within 5 minutes of property. Family Fare and Safeway within 10 minutes of property. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.

The open and inviting entry way features LVT flooring that leads into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating and newer stainless steel appliances.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.
Enjoy the main floor living area or move downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch freeTV channels or sign into your own streaming services.
This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and queen bed. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed and full size crib, a bathroom and laundry room. There is also a game/office room with games, office/gaming desk with an additional loft bed for maximum sleeping flexibility. Games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.) The lowest level includes a large family room with the 2nd TV and foosball table, and one more bedroom with two twin over twin bunks.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
