You will have plenty of space for large groups with our walk out finished basement that features a second living area as well as a second dining space and a game center. In the summer months, spread out on our two large back decks that over look the lake! Our property is Ideal for any vacation! This cozy cabin is your ideal escape from the bustles of everyday life!
Lake Effect has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (showers only, no tubs).
First Floor: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Living Room: Full sized Sleeper Sofa, Full Bathroom (shower only)
Basement: 2 Full Sized Beds, Full Bathroom (shower only). Please note: Basement bedroom is non conforming and does NOT have an egress inside the bedroom. Egress is located outside the bedroom at the walk out basement entrance.
On the main floor you will find a desirable open concept living area featuring a wall of windows that soak in an abundance of natural light! The views of the lake makes the property seem so private and secluded, bringing the outside inside! Use our electric fireplace to cozy up! Or during the summer months, cool down with our central air conditioning!
Enjoy our remodeled kitchen featuring sprawling granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything you could imagine needing! Crock pot? We got it! Blender? We got it! You will definitely feel at home while away from home!
The home features excellent entertainment options: an electric fireplace, large garage, Wi-Fi, smart TV’s (with access to free tv and movies through vizio+ as well as Amazon prime), a mini fooseball table, an airhockey table, a game cabinet, an outdoor fire ring that overlooks the lake (firewood not included), a picnic table that seats 8-10, 2 kayaks and a 2 person row boat! We now have a small, floating, swim up docking platform at the property (not accessible by land)! Perfect for laying out or fishing!

The property features a large, turnaround driveway perfect for hauling snowmobiles and trailers!

1. Although our property is professionally plowed… We do STRONGLY recommend that you have a 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle to access this property. Please note that the driveway, decks and the area outside the house can be very icy and slippery. Please use extreme caution during the winter months to avoid slipping and falling.
2. Please note: Basement bedroom is non confirming and does NOT have an egress inside the bedroom. Egress is located outside the bedroom at the walk out basement entrance.
3. Ring camera doorbell located on front of property and security camera on front of property located on floodlight. Recording will be turned off after guest checkin and not turned on until one hour before check out time, unless host deems otherwise necessary
4. There is no public access for launching personal watercraft, nor is there a place at the property to launch. Watercraft is limited to owner provided: two kayaks and one two person row boat
5. Due to seasonal changes, the well water at the property may have varying amounts of iron, discoloring it from time to time. For this reason we have a water cooler to use for cooking and drinking water should you find it necessary to suit your preferences to use for these items.
6. This is a rural area and internet outages may occur. Host is not responsible for failure of internet availability. 7. No charging of electric vehicles 8. the primary booking guest must provide their full legal name. Bookings may be declined if this information cannot be provided.
