This lovely ground floor 1-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is resort living at it's finest with a pool, lazy river, onsite spa, fitness center, and best of all you are steps from a white sandy beach. Enjoy the upscale accommodation of a fully-equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge, duo-dishwasher, Wolf electric range, and granite countertops. Relax in central air conditioning for your comfort after a day of fun in the sun. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, and private lanai. Ensuite bathroom has an oversized vanity with double sinks and a deep jetted tub. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and separated vanity for added privacy. Indoor washer & dryer for your convenience.

Beautiful condo that made us feel so at home. We really appreciated the opportunity to cook and do laundry in the middle of our trip to Hawaii and the pool/landscaping were absolutely stunning! The pool/waterslides were one of my favorite parts of the trip. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the condo was so spacious. Easy to drive to places we wanted to visit and hosts were very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location across from grocery and within walking to a number of food options. Easy commute to either north or south/west sides. The grounds are beautiful. Family-friendly pool and hot tubs with sand bottoms. No check-in desk. Unit was well stocked and included beach accessories including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels and cooler. Communication with manager was delayed and frustrating our last two days as we were trying for a late stay and they weren't able to get ahold of cleaning crew. This made for an awkward last two days awaiting response from manager who was responsive early in the trip. This unit's location was great for us being so close to both the parking lot and pool.

Great condo

It was immaculate and beautiful. It had all that you needed for a great vacation. The pool with the lazy river was relaxing. Complex was across the street from the complex. The restaurant on the beach had great food and atmosphere was romantic.FYI. The tv in living room may be going out. Screen is dark half way. Did not take away from lovely place.

Nice location

Nice condo. The condo is in a nice location. Easy to get from one side often island to another. It was very nice to have Safeway across the street. It was nice to have lots of supplies that were left. The sofa need to be updated. Air filters need to be cleaned. Bed was very comfy. The resort is very nice. Pool area is beautiful.

Great location, but…

This is the 2nd time to stay at Waipouli Resort because the location is wonderful. However, this unit was a bit disappointing. The “lanai” faces the parking lot. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, however, the furniture was very dusty, the air conditioner was very loud and the dryer made a terrible noise.

Completely Satisfied

Well stocked Condo in an excellent resort. Great value and the King bed with a mattress topper and quality linens was extremely nice! Love having a washer and dryer and appreciate the unexpected extras like foil, plastic wrap, containers for leftovers, some spices and Keurig coffeemaker. They also have a drip coffeemaker but we prefer a Keurig. We were very happy with the accommodation's. Great location in Kapaa! Love the convenience of having a grocery store across the street and a Costco 20 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Plenty of great beach options. We had a fabulous vacation in Kauai! I would definitely rent this condo again.

It was a great place and stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the place has been maintained so well. It was clean, and the amenities were greatly appreciated. It’s nice being right next to a a beach too.

We'll be back

The condo was comfortable and almost next to a pool entrance and BBQ facilties which was great. We might suggest for future guest increased enjoyment, that the CFL bulbs be replaced with LED's as the brighter light (as in the main bath) would be great. Two more cereal/soup bowls, plastic glasses for pool use, and can cozy's would be appreciated by future guests. There are no instructions foir the TV soundbar and we had to disconnect it at its power-in connection to listen without two delayed audio tracts. The standing lamp in the bedroom is non-working needing repair. A reference to the computer room should be included in the rental info. All in all, it was well furnished and comfortable, and we would stay again.

Island adventure!

Property is a great set up and provides a very comfortable setting. Located in a beautiful area of the island and we felt centrally located to everything we wanted to do. On site amenities were also great. Would definitely visit again!

Kaua’i Adventure

This beautiful property is located just north of Lihue and gives you the chance to easily explore all sides of the island. A beautiful pool and easy beach access are perfect after a morning of exploring and a great viewing spot for sunrise. The owner communicated in a timely manner regarding our stay. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

This condo was a great find. Location was great bottom floor right next to parking, quick access to the pool area. In room laundry. Host has everything you need, both Drip and Keurig coffee makers. Makeup mirror in the restroom, Beach supplies. Loved the two bathroom setup for us to get ready at the same time. It was centralized on the island if you want a neutral location to explore both sides of the island.

Excellent overall

Good location, easy access to everything you need, very clean unit, extras there including beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is a bit rocky but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Great home base for our wonderful week in Kauai!
