Sunset Suite - Luxury Studio in tropical gardens with koi ponds, waterfalls

Located beside the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, a short 5 minute stroll to the closest beach, you will find a Tropical Oasis with waterfalls, koi ponds and streams everywhere.

This suite is located in a separate wing, and has it's own secured entrance.

* California King bed with high thread count cotton linens, towels, and quality toiletries.

** private deck with a unique water feature for each suite, Weber barbeque grills and comfy chairs to enjoy the tropical ambiance.

*** each suite has its own television and Alexa echo (music) connected to a high speed wireless network, well amenitized kitchenette with 7.4 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Bathrooms is adorned with onyx tile, rain shower heads, massaging shower head, glass block windows and built-in benches.

Outside, through the breezeway separating the main house from the three suites, you will find a gorgeous pergola with a 6-person, 72 jet hot tub is certain to restore those sore muscles after a day of hiking or water activities. The hanging king size bed beside the hot tub will likely become your favorite lounging spot on property. The hot tub and hanging bed are shared by the entire property.

There are three koi ponds containing approximately 100 gorgeous colorful koi. You can enjoy the sound of falling water throughout the property.

One of the most valuable attributes of this property is its proximity to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa. Want to enjoy a little pampering, Anara Spa is one of the world's best spa environments.

Enjoy Stevenson's Sushi and Spirits, their cocktail lounge, or nightly entertainment including keiki hula (keiki means 'baby' or 'child' in Hawaiian), and numerous musical groups. The restaurants include Tide Pools (steak and seafood - the best Prime Rib I've ever eaten), Llima Terrace (brunch), and Seaview Terrace (cafe and nightly entertainment).

Notice - there is one parking spot available to guests in the three suites for loading and unloading only. Guests can park 75 feet away on Poipu Road.

Beautiful tropical oasis right in the heart of Poipu.We had an awesome time staying here and Kevin was such a great host. Quick drive to so many locations. We caught the sunrise and sunset at shipwreck beach which was only a short walk away. After a long day of hiking the the jacuzzi was a nice way to relax. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kevin!

This is not a hotel. One bedroom with kitchen in closet. Tiny private garden. BUT 2 mins walk to conference (next door property) and owner available 24/7, garage with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and coolers a big plus. Parking is on the road. Do not park under tree-bird pooped often on my white rental. I needed a stool to reach cooking appliances in closet (shelf starting to sag) and just forgo cooking and ate leftovers the next day. Property with koi fish ponds has tropical touch, very charming.

What is delightful find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were well taken care of by the gracious and kind host. The studio had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and wonderful walking paths was a plus.

Absolutely loved this stay!!

Kevin is an amazing host! He was very responsive to any questions we had and his property is incredible. Our suite was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. The beach and snorkel equipment he had available was a very nice bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfy stay

Studio room- well appointed and comfortable- everything you need! Short walk on a nice path to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and if retuning to Poipu we will consider staying here again.

Kauai

The property is in a great location in the south part of Kauai. The room is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and hot plate and everything you need to make coffee and light meals but you’re close enough to many restaurants you can walk to. Kevin is helpful with local information and provided beach accessories that made going to the beach easy and fun.

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful place to stay, inside and out. Very peaceful. Outdoor area had great seating areas and the koi pond was beautiful. We loved the sound of the water running into it outside our unit. Unit was supplied well and was super clean. Owner was super nice and easy to be around. Outdoor shower needs some work. It was great having access to a washer and dryer.

Tropical Paradise

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. We were able to enjoy the entire island with day trips from this gorgeous home. So nice to stay at one place for the whole trip. Kevin the host was terrific and answered all of our questions and made sure that we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely come back again!

Quiet and convenient location

This property is relaxing, beautifully landscaped and within walking distance to numerous activities. There’s a great walking path in the neighborhood that leads to a few different beaches, a hiking trail, and several restaurants. We appreciated having access to a washer/dryer. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
