We loved staying there. The view was amazing. We were probably two balconies from the front of the hotel with the view. The balconies are huge. The host Karen was great. I left a bag and the cleaning ladies shipped it right away. Hope to go back soon. Kids also had a great time.

Great location

Perfect spot for our family of 5! Had great communication with property manager. Daily house keeping was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. St Regis is perfect location across from bal harbour shop and restaurants to walk to!

Amazing

This unit in the St.Regis Residences was absolutely wonderful. The unit was as pictured and very clean. There are two balconies with amazing views of the ocean. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff - the service is top-notch. Karen is very organized, check-in and check-out was a quick and easy. We hope to book this unit again next time we are in Miami.

Absolute Perfection with a view!

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this property with my family and I can't recommend it enough. Everything from the check-in to the check out was seamless. Alan and Karen are an absolute pleasure to deal with and are happy to help in anyway they can. The apartment is brand new and spotless. The separate private bedroom for the kids was a real treat as we were able to relax when nighttime came. Location is unbeatable and the view breathtaking! Will for sure be back! Best stay in Miami

Just got back from this beautiful apartment at the St Regis . The apartment had 2 big balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean . Kitchen with full size fridge , cooktop, microwave and dishwasher . 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms . There is also a sofa bed in the living room for bigger families. Service was impeccable. The location is perfect ! Best shopping and restaurants right across the street at the Bal Harbour shops . The daily housekeeping and parking was a plus !! Karen our host was always there to answer any questions . We loved it and will be back for sure !

First class all the way

We stayed at the Saint Regis residence for the Miami F1 Grand Prix, which is arguably the most busy time Miami has seen in a while so to have the high quality of an experience we had while the hotel is operating at full capacity was very impressive. Our stay in this unit was an absolute pleasure. From check in, the staff and the host were very communicative and informational, and getting to our room was a breeze. The rooms themselves were exactly what we would expect from a 5 star hotel like the Saint Regis. Both rooms and balconies are spacious and relaxing with a breathtaking view of the beach below while still maintaining a fantastic amount of privacy. The room, living room, bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new and were clean as can be. The staff at the hotel itself were willing to help and fantastic whether it was getting our vehicle or directing you to one of the many shops and restaurants in the lobby of this hotel. We cannot recommend this unit enough. If we are in Miami again, I can guarantee this will be the first place we will check for our stay, it was that good. Karen, the property manager was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I would definitely book with her again.

This is a fake review. They booked my apartment just so they can write a review and give me 1 star so they could sabotage a business I spent 19 years building. This 1 star does not reflect any of the previous reviews that were posted about my property. Standard protocol is that we message all guests after check in to ask how their stay is and whether they need anything and this individual did not respond to texts, calls or emails. It is clear to us unfortunately that they were simply just looking to sabotage a reputation that I spent 19 years building. Very sad.

Great stay !

We had great stay at the St. Regis hotel private residence. The resort itself is amazing and the service was great! This unit has amazing ocean views with 2 ocean facing balconies. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to feel comfortable . Everything was clean when we arrived and daily housekeeping was such a nice addition. The rental manager Karen, was great at communicating with us about everything. We will definitely consider staying at this rental again next time we are in Miami.
