"Grias di" at our vacation farm in southern Ostallgäu!<br><br>Our house is located on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Schwarzenbach, in a quiet setting between Nesselwang and Seeg with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains. <br>There are various excursion options in the immediate vicinity.<br><br>The completely renovated vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house and invites you to relax and feel at home. <br><br>The spacious kitchen-living room features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle, as well as a dining area and a cozy sofa with a flat-screen TV.<br>From the bedroom with a double bed, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Allgäu mountains through the “Heidi window.”<br>The second bedroom has space for two single beds and a pull-out bed.<br>The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, includes a hair dryer and a towel warmer.<br>From the furnished east-facing balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alps, meadows, and forests.<br><br>Right next to the house is our large children’s playground with a swing, seesaw, play tower with slide and sandbox, giant trampoline, climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, soccer goal, and mud kitchen. A garden shed with a grill, lounge chairs, a parasol, and plenty of seating are also available. Plus, there’s a whole fleet of vehicles for kids to ride, ranging from tricycles and go-karts to pedal tractors with trailers. <br>Children can also see and pet cats, chickens, and sheep.<br><br>Parking spaces are located right next to the house, along with a lockable storage room for bicycles, trailers, strollers, skis, etc. <br><br>Our farm is located on the outskirts yet is very centrally located:<br>Various attractions such as mountain railways/ski lifts, a summer toboggan run, a swimming pool, a forest high-rope course, short and longer hiking and walking trails to huts, alpine pastures, and ruins, loop trails around idyllic lakes, playgrounds, museums, etc., are within a 10- to 15-minute drive.<br>The royal castles in Schwangau are about 20 km away.<br>You can start your bike tours right from your front door. The well-maintained trails are perfect for both short and longer rides.<br>A bakery and a cheese shop are just 2 km away.
