The Space:
This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and is totally accessible to you except for the garage. The master and second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed. This property has a Vizio TV in each of the bedrooms and also in the living room which has a limited amount of free channels or you can use your own streaming service to access NETFLIX, HULU, VUDU and others. Otherwise feel free to use free Wi-Fi internet located on site. You will also find all of the basic kitchen utensils to accommodate your stay no matter how long it may be, this including a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. You will also have a full size desk located in the master bedroom. This will be a self check in so you can arrive at anytime after your check in time to access the property.

Guest Access:
You may access the property anytime after your check in time using the code that will be sent to you with your check in instructions. Please be sure to use the additional code provided following your checkout so that we can get the cleaning crew in as quickly as possible

Guest have access to the entire apartment.

This house is located in a small subdivision. Since it is in the county there are free roaming animals that you may see and are out of our control.

Getting Around:
Getting around in the area is very easy but you will need a vehicle to get around the area. You will be 6 miles from the Cookeville Boat Dock of Center Hill Lake, 8 miles from I40 in Cookeville, and 8 miles to I40 at the Baxter Exit. Cookeville will be your biggest city nearest to you which will have plenty of shopping and restaurants to accommodate your stay. You are also very close to several attractions including Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls and lots of hiking and rivers.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay.

Sleeping Capacity:
The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, with the following fees:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies:
We provide basic essential starter kits. For longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
