Welcome to Villa Golf Beach, your luxury escape in Playa del Carmen!

Nestled in the private and serene Playacar Phase 2, our villa offers a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere surrounded by lush vegetation. You're just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the vibrant 5th Avenue.

Important Construction Notice
We want to ensure you have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Please be aware that our closest neighbor began construction on a new house on November 14, 2024. This means there will be occasional construction noise between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. No construction work will take place on Sundays and Mexican Holidays.

Your Luxurious Retreat
Villa Golf Beach features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, and you'll enjoy high-speed internet (200 Mbps). We're proud to be environmentally friendly, powered by solar energy and biogas.

Ground Level:

• A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• A spacious living room with a library and a 65" LG NanoCell smart TV. This area can be transformed into an extra room with a king-size bed using the room divider curtains.
• A convenient half bathroom in the foyer.
• Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer.
• An integrated kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool and outdoor space.

First Floor:

• Master bedroom: King-size bed, sofa bed (sleeps up to 3), en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Large bedroom: Two queen-sized beds (sleeps up to 4), en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Large bedroom: King-size bed and a sofa bed (sleeps up to 3), overlooking the villa's entrance.

Enjoy complimentary maid service two days a week, Monday through Friday.

Pool was perfect for our 4 kids with a shallow end for wading, and the house is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet since it’s in a gated community which also made it feel very safe. Myrna and the property manager Claudio were both very helpful and prompt with any responses. Myrna helped us organize two private chef meals which were both incredible and affordable! Would definitely stay here again.

I spent two dream days in this house! the property manager is always available and super nice!! I would give more than 5 stars everywhere if I could, everything was perfect!! I hope to have the chance to come back to this magnificent house!! thank you for everything !!!

We loved this property

We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.

We're sorry to hear that you had problems with the water pressure in some of the bathrooms those problems could be fixed directly if you contacted us during your stay we have maintenace people 24/7. You are right about the walking distanced to the ocean it takes about 15 minutes walk. We added the wrong time consumption in the advertisment. The resorts are blocking the direct acces to the beach if they didnt then it had been a 3 minutes walk :) We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an improved experience. Amazing property

The house is exactly as the photos present. Very clean. Myrna was very responsive and informative. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely stay again. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Pool is fantastic and property backs onto a golf course. Overall 10/10

Very nice

The property was very nice and roomy (for a group of 10). The kitchen was well equipped. The yard and pool were lovely and the wildlife (coatis, agouti, deer, lizards, birds) was friendly. Myrna was extremely responsive and helpful. A warning: as the property is on the main route through Playacar, there was a lot of noise from vehicles - day and night.

Had difficulty finding the property on arrival at night. Address on VRBO did not match GPS address. No details about gated community.

Family Christmas getaway

The check in was terrible. The address was nearly impossible to find. We contacted the pm to finally get the correct address/ location. I fell down on the step and we were not able to unlock the door 10 minutes before 1500 with my knee bleeding. The manager sent a different code 3 minutes early, but by that time I decided to just wait until 1500. The pictures were not completely accurate and the distance to beach and town were a little incorrect. The house keeper, Teresa, was amazing

Dear guest thanks for the review. We have doubled checked the address and its correct the problem is that some of the taxi drivers they are not so very good to find the way. We have also added more information in the Welcome Guide so we hope this should be helpful to avoid any future mistakes about the address. Regarding check in and check out its an automated system that makes it possible to check in from 15.00 at the check in day with a specific code and the code stop working at 11.00 on the check out day. If needed more time please check with us and we will help you if possible. On the other side of the street where the Villa is we have Hotel Allegro. Myrna
