¡Nuestro hermoso condominio que está justo en las playas de Playa del Carmen habla por sí mismo! Muy bien amueblado y decorado con vista al mar desde el balcón, no es mucho mejor. El balcón del tercer piso que da a la playa y la zona de la piscina es un gran lugar para relajarse después de una comida o simplemente para sentarse y disfrutar. ¡Solo unos pocos pasos y puedes estar de pie sobre la arena suave y sedosa de la playa con el océano a tus pies! Al estar ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, se encuentra a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, pubs, vida nocturna y el más popular de todos, las famosas tiendas de la Quinta Avenida. Todas sus necesidades básicas pueden cumplirse a corta distancia, incluyendo alimentos y cualquier suministro que desee. Hay muchas opciones en el área para excursiones de un día como la pesca en alta mar, visitas a lugares como las Ruinas de Tulum, recorridos en catamarán y los parques temáticos Excaret. y Xel-ha. Un corto paseo por la playa y puedes tomar un ferry a Cozumel y ver esta pequeña isla impresionante, muy conocida por su buceo.

El condominio en sí está totalmente equipado, incluyendo 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Dormirá 4 y tendrá un sofá desplegable para dormir 6 si lo desea. Toda su cocina se puede hacer en la cocina completamente equipada que se encuentra al lado de un área de comedor abierta. Todas las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas en un estilo clásico que ofrece comodidad en cualquier momento del día.

Wonderful time

The unit is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would find at home. The location is beyond perfect. Everything from food, restaurants, pubs, entertainment, pharmacy, etc literally within steps from the condo. The beachfront was stunning. The swimming pool clean. Premises are well maintained and kept.

El Faro is a fabulous property in an excellent location. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in a timely manner. The unit itself was spacious and very comfortable. We would give it our highest recommendation, and would return again.

Wonderful stay -

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic- the views in the morning are spectacular. We had a great vacation --can't wait to go back. The lobby staff are more than helpful and the Manager Silvia was so great- even though we didn't actually meet (we were so busy with activities)she was just a text away. Her response was immediate and we felt very well taken care of during our stay.

Beautiful well appointed condo on the beach and walking distance to all of the local shops, bars, and restaurants! Clean, spacious, and overlooking the pool and ocean. Having our own washer and dryer was a huge plus too! Great condo!

Very nice

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was well kept, clean and comfortable for a 7 day stay. The air conditioner was as cold as you wanted. The kitchen had just enough for cooking in. The showers were good as well.

Amazing unit with THE best local in Playa

Unit was perfect. Clean, functional, convenient, well equipped, comfortable. The common areas are clean, safe, and well kept. You just can’t beat this condo. Swimming Pool overlooking the Caribbean sea. You take literally 5 steps and you just went from the pool to the beach. Be prepared to make new friends at the swimming pool are. Guests come from all over the world and the vibe invites kindness and friendliness.Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t want to leave.

Great location

Property owner responded quickly to emails and questions. VRBO website links for check in and other info did not work properly but owner quickly responded and provided the information. Property was clean, well kept and in a prime location. We have no complaints and would definately stay again.

Beachfront privacy, view, and breezes!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo! Stellar location! Quiet and peaceful but just a minute from lively 5th Avenida with shops. restaurants and nightlife! Exactly as depicted on web site! Very clean and comfortable unit with large terrace for dining, reading , relaxing and gazing at the sea! Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen! Excellent management responds quickly to any needs or requests! We hope to return and stay a little longer next year!

Great location, close to everything

Property owner was amazing with communicating very easy to reach and respond. Sleeps 4 amazingly, the other 2 not so much hide-a-bed needs a mattress. Pool was very nice & the ocean view beautiful but bring water shoes because the beach/ocean is very rocky. We had a great first visit to Playa Del Carmen and this VRBO is right in the mix of it all. Beautiful vacation!!

This beautiful property was even better in person than it looks in the posted pictures. Our family (my husband and I, along with our 6 and 3 year old kids) had the best time staying here!! The pool and grounds were beautiful, the views, breathtaking!! Not only that but dealing with Graham from the moment we booked until we left was a real treat. Also, the man working the front desk was always helpful and happy. All staff were fantastic!! Any time we needed anything, it was addressed and taken care of right away. Finally, the location of this property cannot be beat!! So close to 5th Ave yet quiet at night. We’re already looking forward to booking here for next year!! Thank you so much, Graham, for allowing us to stay in your amazing property!!

Wonderful host

An excellent location if you like being close to nightlife. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We had a couple of issues arise and Graham took the time to respond over a holiday weekend and went out of his way to make it right for us. Can’t say enough good about him as a host. He set us up with a driver too which we later found to be half the cost of what our family paid a few days later. Just a word to the wise-the facility says no saving pool side chairs but everyone there does. It’s a little annoying but in no way takes away from Gram’s condo.

Amazing Condo w/beach views!

We stayed at El Faro last year and wanted to return & Reef 305 did not disappoint. It was an oasis! The two bedroom place is super spacious, well equipped, and has amazing views of the pool & beach. The only thing that isn't ideal is the open bathroom layout in the master bedroom, however, this isn't a huge deal. The place has AC in each room, a full sized kitchen with pots, pans, silverware and the basics. Silvia was our on-site host and she was such a pleasure! We had issues with the internet and she was able to get it back running for us the following day! She was there to help set up our arrival and to make sure we had the best time possible. We stayed for a week, so we had cleaning services- which was a great thing! The staff was very nice and kind. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place and any property managed by Silvia & Graham!

Unfortunately...I cannot recommend this unit

We stayed here for 2 weeks in February. We have been to Mexico multiple times (more than 10) since 2005. This unit just didnt measure up in any way. First thing...which is not the fault of the owner..the seaweed was horrific. Even though we were on the beach, we only got in the ocean 1 time. Seaweed were in piles on the beach 4-5ft high...and it stinks. So that alone takes away any benefit to staying directly on the beach. The Unit - the owner is prompt to reply, and the property manager on site tries to be as helpful as she can. The pictures look great but the reality is this unit is just old and tired. The kitchen is very poorly appointed - actually the worst i have had in a rental. The toilet kept leaking...we had to get them in twice to fix that. The front door was jamming...they had to come in and chisel away at the lock so it wouldnt jam...The internet..no router in the unit. the owner claims he is not aware of this...i dont know..but he should be! The internet is delivered via a repeater from a 'shared' router. One can only imagine how lousy it was. We use the network to keep in touch with elderly family members when away and also immediate family members. The internet in that unit made it impossible. After a few days i had to turn on my phone and start roaming..I roamed for 9 of the 14 days - the owner did reimburse some of that charge to me...but the point is, this unit is advertised as having wifi and it should be useable. It was as bad as dial up when we 'could' connect. I made it clear to the owner that I have not had to deal with internet that lousy in Mexico since 2008. The dishwasher was leaking...but i was so sick and tired of having workers in, I let that one go and decided to let the next round of renters get that fixed. I will return to Mexico, i have heard there are more and more measures being implemented to deal with the seaweed, but this unit is a no go for us. No one in the group was pleased with it. The pictures look much nicer. This was one of the few times we left Mexico feeling we overpaid.

Excelente Ubicación(a lado hay un Beach Club) en caso de que requieras bebidas y alimentos. Muy buen Departamento e Instalaciones en General (Le agregaria algo de Mantenimiento a la alberca) los guardias de seguridad dan muy buen servicio a la hora de instalarse en la playa o alberca. Para meterse a la playa sugiero ponerse guaraches o calzado de agua. Hay algunas Rocas al principio. Muy recomendale por el precio wue se paga. El Dueño siempre esta a la orden y muy atento.......excelente
