upon arrival very impressed of the entire property! once in our room 807 we noticed the double bed room beds had spilled stuff on bed ruffled like kids had jumped in it and dresser mirror had lots of kids hand prints smeared all down and master bathroom sink extremely slow drain.. called the agent and she quickly responded and took care of us with clean linens. THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL and we all enjoyed our stay and will be returning to this property!!

Awesome location, great unit. Very good views of beach and pools. Enjoyed the stay. Only slight issue was master bathroom sink. Slow drain. Other than that it was a great stay.

"A GREAT VACATION"

THE CONDO WAS AWESOME WITH GREAT VIEWS FROMT HE 8TH FLOOR. THEY HAD ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED AT THE RESORT TO KEEP FAMILIES ENTERTAINED FROM YOUNG TO OLD. THE SECURITY GUYS AROUND THE POOL AREA COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE FRIENDLY. THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE OTHER THAN THE MASTER BEDROOM MATTRESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE CLEANING PEOPLE NEED TO CHECK THE DISHED IN KITCHEN TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN. NOTE - WE HAD READ SEVERAL REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PROPERTY PRIOR TO ARRIVING AND NOTICED THERE WERE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE MATTRESS SO WE TRIED TO ADDRESS IT WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THEY GAVE US A BLOWN OFF REPLY. WE SAW IT FIRST HAND AND YES YES YES IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. WHEN YOU ARE PAYING THAT MUCH MONEY FOR A LONG STAY YOU EXPECT THE BEDS TO BE NICE. OVERALL WE LOVED THE PLACE AND OUR STAY THE KITCHEN IS VERY WELL EQUIPED WITH EVERYTHING WE DID ALOT OF COOKING AT THE RESORT FOR OUR FAMILY. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS AREA AGAIN THE THOMAS FAMILY IL AND KY

Amazing balcony view!

The place we stayed at was exactly like the photos. The place is beautiful. Check in was a breeze & we were able to check-in early. Could've been a little cleaner (sand on the bed, fake nails on the floor) but nothing that scared us away. Overall, an amazing stay & would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful condo

This was our 3rd stay at Sea Watch. We love the property. This condo was GREAT. It had a wrap around balcony. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a very short stay due to the tropical storm from hurricane Debbie. This place was very nice and a perfect location. We will be going back next year.

We loved this condo. The furniture was comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space and the view was amazing. The only complaint would be the beds were quite hard. Otherwise this was an amazing place to stay. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same unit this summer for a baseball tournament and returned this Fall for a college visit. We love the view from this unit. Only complaint is that the televisions are very antiquated. With it getting dark early we wanted to watch some movies, but televisions not smart TVs. Otherwise wonderful!

Overall great time

Overall we had a great time- location was wonderful and having the beach & pool right there made things easier with a baby. Balcony was huge and a had a great view. There were a few things that could have been better such as the cleanliness of the floor (sand was not swept/mopped when we checked in), king bed has huge dips like the other reviews mentioned and the AC vent in the larger room did not cool like the rest of the unit, kitchen light bulbs were old & flickering and air filter looked like it had never been replaced as it was hanging off. However all in all, place is great for a family with the amenities and shopping only a few min away.

Great place to stay with great views

Property was very nice, loved the ocean view, multiple pools, lazy river, and even hot tubs. Would have preferred check in/check out to be at resort vs having to go to a separate location for both. Also didn’t like having to make a trip to Walmart for toilet paper and trash bags. When paying this amount, I feel like those small things could have been provided.

May consider again.

We enjoyed our stay while my grandson was playing at the Cal Ripken Experience. However the Wi-Fi log in and password did not work. The bedding was not clean. I had to wash/scrub frying pan before using. The food came off so not sure if it was washed in the dishwasher from previous use or not. Lazy river in our tower was not available for a couple days in our tower but my grandkids enjoyed the pool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View

We absolutely loved our time at this unit. The balcony provides a view of the whole property nearly. The view of the beach and sky was beautiful. We booked it again for later this year! My only complaint is having to drive so far to get the keys and return the keys. Other units have a lockbox in the unit and that would have made things much much better. Other than that it was a 10/10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. There was plenty of space for four of us adults, which was nice. It will accommodate more, but the bathrooms are pretty small. It worked well for us.

This condo was perfect for us! The property has several pools and hot tubs. We never text crowded. It’s in an excellent location to Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets and Walmart.

Beautiful views! Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at SeaWatch resort for several years. The property is a great location and the amenities are awesome with all the pools and hot tubs. This review mimics many of the others I read before our trip but thought it couldn’t be that bad, but all reviews were right on point. The condo had amazing views and overall felt clean. However when we went to go to bed the first night we discovered the comforters had stains on them. This brought on a little caution to the actual cleanliness. The shower and sinks had mold around the faucets. The coffee pot, which was a cheap Walmart coffee pot from early 2000, was very stained and moldy on the inside. Being a cheap pot, they should have just tossed it for a new one. Same for the alarm clock; the base had broken off and someone tried to superglue it back, unsuccessfully. Just toss it, who uses those anymore anyway. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. It was sunken down in both spots where you lay and raised in the middle. The tv’s were a joke. Not one remote worked. I think my girls’ tablets were bigger than the one in the queen guest room. We did have to drive to the realty office for check-in, which I was prepared for. It was really pointless as I signed a paper I had already signed electronically, they took my cc information and wrote it down on carbon copy paper like it was 1980, and gave me physical keys to keep up with all week. They could streamline this process and come back into 2023. Overall we enjoyed our stayed but won’t be choosing this particular condo for future stays.

Family vacation was great!

The property was clean and well stocked. Even had beach chairs, cooler, beach toys. We had a great time and will come again for sure.
