Nuestro Sea Watch Condo es un condominio de esquina frente al mar, de dos dormitorios, dos baños, en el séptimo piso en la parte nueva de la Torre Sur en el fabuloso y muy deseado Sea Watch Resort.

El condominio ha sido objeto de amplias renovaciones durante 2018 en todo. Sabemos que disfrutará de nuestras habitaciones y habitaciones familiares completamente renovadas.

Comience el día tomando un sorbo de café en nuestro gran balcón envolvente frente al mar, mientras contempla un espectacular amanecer sobre el resplandeciente Atlántico azul. Hay una vista tremenda de la playa y el océano desde dos ventanas y puertas de patio dobles en la sala de estar. También hay una gran vista del océano, la playa y las piscinas desde las puertas dobles del patio y la ventana en el dormitorio principal.

¡Compramos nuestro condominio Sea Watch después de esperar meses para que un condominio premium de dos dormitorios salga a la venta en Sea Watch! Este condominio Sea Watch es uno de los condominios más grandes de dos habitaciones en SeaWatch Resort, y tiene un excelente plano de planta ... Mucho espacio para la familia.

Hay una cama King-Size en el dormitorio principal con un cómodo juego de colchones y dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio. En la gran sala de estar, hay un sofá cama queen. Baldosas de cerámica en la cocina, vestíbulo / salón y baños. Acceso al balcón desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

El condominio tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar, pero no se almacenan elementos de propietario adicionales en el condominio. ¡Queremos que se sienta como este condominio de Sea Watch SU propia casa de vacaciones! Muchos de nuestros huéspedes regresan año tras año.

Sea Watch Resort ofrece una gran cantidad de excelentes servicios (piscinas, ríos lentos, restaurante, cafetería y heladería, bar tiki, pequeña tienda de conveniencia y más ...) y se encuentra en el tramo de playa de arena blanca más impresionante de todo Grand Hebra. El complejo cubre diez acres y está ubicado en el límite de Myrtle Beach y North Myrtle Beach, una excelente ubicación. El complejo se mantiene en perfecto estado y está exuberantemente ajardinado. La seguridad de Sea Watch es insuperable; Tendrás pulseras para usar las comodidades.

Sea Watch es un gran complejo familiar y atrae a huéspedes de todas las edades. We've stayed here before and will continue to stay here. The condo could certainly use some updates. The title really does need to be changed. Updates in a rental do not last long because they get used so hard.The showers, sinks and toilets were all very clean. We've stayed through Sea Watch on several occasions and to be honest you just don't know what you're gonna get. Some rooms are OK and others are just gross. We like this condo because we know it's clean and the owner always gets back to us if we need anything! The only reason I gave a 4 is because it really does need updating. But for the price it's a great deal!

Comfortable bed, spacious, beautiful view of sunrise in the morning & partial sunset from entry door. Could use extra silverware & knive replacement in the block holder, the toaster was too small for the bread we use & 2 beach chairs were unuseable from rust & breakage. All floors were dusty & dirty so that we had to wear shoes all week inside.

Great communication with owner and booking. There was a few issues but the owner was very active to address any issues but we were okay with dealing with them. I thought it was a nice condo and again great communication and we would definitely stay again!

Great location, great room spaces and view from the balcony. The resort is great for the pricing. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the convenience of its location. The king bed is firm if anyone needs that info (my wife slept much better than I did),but definitely not a deterrent from renting here again. Highly recommend booking with Sandra!

My family stayed in the condo for a week this summer and we had an amazing stay. Sandra was great as far as communicating, our arrival was a little sooner then we planned and she was on top of getting us in the condo as soon as possible with also giving the option to drop our stuff in the room even if it weren’t totally ready yet, which was so helpful when traveling with 3 little kids. We had no issues in the condo during our stay everything worked and ran smoothly. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

It was listed as newly renovated, but that wasn't including everything in the condo.I messaged the host while staying there about the furniture so it was replaced on the day we was leaving. I'm sure it will look much better for the next quest

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive. Great location and well-kept. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Very good after few minor issues. (Outlet gfc in kitchen was tripped, sound not working on tv and toilet running.) All items fixed and communication excellent after slight delay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo very clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable! The location and the view from the balcony were fantastic! I loved that the condo is not in the middle of a commercial area, but you can easily get to large numbers of stores/restaurants just a short drive away (1 mi). I wish we could have spent more days there. Maybe next year!

Ses watch experience

Loved the room , the veiw , and the short distance to the beach ! The in door pool was nice but in the cold months its good to wear your suit and have a robe and a towel because you do have to go back outside to get back to your room . Also the closest restroom is the second floor.. Over all a great time with my family !

February Getaway

Unit is located at Seawatch Plantation which is a great location. Seawatch has several amenities for your stay anytime of year. We enjoy the beach this time of year without the crowd. Easy to get around for shopping, eating at your favorite restaurants and always trying to find a new favorite place to eat.

Mostly awesome

We had a great stay, and love the condo. The only issue we had was that when we got here, there were dirty hand towels stuffed in the hall bath drawer, there is a very moldy sponge in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and there was trash and also a tv remoteunder the bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Perfect girl’s weekend

Seawatch Resort is a wonderful complex. This was my 4th visit staying in the South Tower. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and I believe this was the cleanest I’ve been to. Everything was exactly like the pictures online. Two comments: 1) the sofa is uncomfortable as a sofa and a bed. 2) the master bedroom is very bright in the morning…don’t plan on sleeping in if that’s your plan. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We have stayed at SeaWatch many yimes and it never disappoints. Condo had everything we needed for an easy simple week, close to a lot of amenities, and there were plenty of games, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for use if needed. Pots and pans could have been cleaner, but that is just the lack of care by renters and not owners. Excellent week, wonderful time and cannot wait to go back!

Nice Location, Clean but….

The hosts were very accommodating as we booked last minute and got the dates we needed within two days of check in. They texted us to let us know it would be ready. We appreciated that. Check in would have been pretty smooth except that we were told per our instructions to go to the resort’s registration desk to get parking passes upon arrival. This was not the process at all and the front desk staff had no clue what we were talking about. Finally after a few minutes a manager came out to tell us the passes were already in the condo. The instructions need updated. Overall impression of the condo-clean but worn, and the ocean view was less than expected. The ad for the condo said it was newly renovated. That’s an over statement in our opinion. Somewhat updated maybe, but the fluorescent lights in the bathrooms needed replaced or at a minimum covers; and there was a permanent dirty odor that never left the entire length of our stay. The old carpet in the front bedroom and all rugs definitely need replaced and are probably the source of the foul odor. the ocean view was our biggest disappointment of this condo. from the sliding glass door in the living area it is limited to the short span of sand and water that is between two very closely placed building towers and the windows of these units essentially face thlimited oceanfront at best.

I enjoy handling your rental personally, am very easy to contact at all times, and enjoy hearing stories of great vacations had in our condo. i've been renting my Sea Watch condo by owner since 2005.

Seawatch is a great family resort, and is in a wonderful, safe, upscale area of the beach. Sea Watch Resort & Plantation definitely has a 'following.' People return year after year to enjoy their vacation time at Seawatch.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Beach! Also, within easy access to Restaurant Row, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlet mall, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shop, Walmart Supercenter and so much more! The by-pass ramp is easy to access from Bus. 17, so you can get to any where in Myrtle Beach easily. Sea Watch is within walking distance to a fishing pier (about 3 resorts down). Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the balcony. I sure do!
