Convenient to Pigeon Forge Family Retreat Cabin Rental- Unit 510 “Just Hanging Out” is perfect for your next family getaway. Easy Ramp access leads to the front door for a no step entry. When you step inside Just Hanging Out, you are welcomed with warmth of the wood interior, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a table to seat 6 in the dining Room. The living room features a flat screen television and a gas fireplace (Operational October-April). On the main level there is a king size bed in the bedroom and a bathroom located on the same level. Going to the lower level enjoy the game-room area with pool table, bar area, seating area for two, and two bedrooms. The lower level also features a stackable washer/dryer unit. The two bedrooms feature a king size bed in the bedroom. This is perfect for a fun family getaway. The porch areas are covered, and the upper deck features a hot tub and rockers, and the downstairs features a swing and corn hole boards. Step out on the porch to enjoy hearing Dollywood’s Train. You are just a short distance to the entrance of Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Country. We even offer discount Dollywood Tickets for your stay. Hidden Springs resort offers an indoor pool for resort guests, but it is closed during January and February for maintenance. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. WiFi included. Non-Smoking. Sleeps 8.

Quite and relaxing

Everything was amazing, and we loved the view. However, we do think the cabin was very dusty and needed a little deep cleaning now and then. My daughter dropped something under the bed, and it was filthy, and the windows were also very dusty. But overall our experience was great very quiet and relaxing area great gateway will most likely return.

We really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary weekend getaway however the tv in the living room stopped working so we just went downstairs to the game room and watched!!

Disappointed

Let me start by saying that Fireside Chalets was great! BUT, I should have read the other reviews first! This cabin really should be taken off the rental market until it can be DEEP cleaned, furnishings replaced & linens replaced. Pictures, decor & curtains were covered in thick dust, pillows were not in covers inside the pillow case & they were so yellow with so many stains. The extra blankets provided were stained. The comforters were dingy & you pull them back to reveal hair from previous renters & sheets that were also stained. The mattresses were old & worn out so bad I had to position myself out of the "hole" where people normally lay. The hot tub had mold growing on the filter & stuff floating in it. The washing machine was broken. The night stands & dressers were stained, scratched & broken. The couch cushions are worn so thin it wasn't comfortable to sit on & the one chair in the living room will dump you out if you lean back in it. The lower deck with the corn hole had empty beer cans on it. I've stayed in a lot of cabins & never left a bad review, but I really would rather other people take the warning & not waste your money.

Great place!

Our whole family loved the cabin! It was clean with plenty off room for everyone. They had a lit Christmas tree up which just gave the place such a homey feel. The location was convenient, but still quiet and calm. We had a great time and are likely to be back!!

Just Hanging Out

The parking area isn't as big as it looks in the picture. The cabin wasn't very clean and the dressers and chairs need to be replaced. The kitchen area is tiny but it was ok for the few days we stayed. It is very close to Dollywood and you can hear the horn on the train and nightly fireworks.

Short stay

Was a tad fooled by the pics taken to preview the property. Anyway, a very clean house but somewhat outdated and some stuff not up to code. The top balcony railings have no posts to support the rails in the middle and out hot tub didn’t work so that was very upsetting for me. The whirlpool tub would not hold water in the bathtub so couldn’t use that either. Was very happy with the cleanliness though.

Happy 9th Birthday

Celebrated my 9 year old niece's birthday over the weekend and went to splash country, and Dollywood and had a fantastic time. Loved the cabin and the views .

Place was nice. Needs a deep cleaning.

Places was nice. Needs attention on cleaning and a good deep cleaning. Furniture in living area is worn out. Cabin could use some update. Kitchen utensils and pans need to be gone through. Could use some new ones. Lots of dust everywhere. The room in the cabin was perfect for are family.

Disappointed

We have used Vrbo for many vacations and this was disappointing..it was so dusty and pet hair everywhere in a supposedpet free cabin, they gave us a small credit of $56 which really doesn't cover the cleaning fee that we paid. Furniture was falling apart and uncomfortable. Beds were nice but covered in pet hair. Customer service was nice. Pick another cabin..

Overall it was a good stay. It really could gave been cleaner. There were cobwebs in the bathroom upstairs and many otjer places. The christmas decorations were still out and its mid February?

Location, Location. Location

We loved staying at this property and in the Hidden Springs Resort. The setup of the bedrooms and game room downstairs made this the perfect cabin for the teen boys we had with us. They took over downstairs and loved the arcade game and pool table. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Christmas

We missed the first day of our 3 day Christmas vacation due to winter storm. Once we got to the cabin, all the stress was gone. The most relaxed Christmas we’ve had in decades!

Fun visit!

The cabin was clean and ready for occupancy. It was easy to find and in a beautiful location. There were plenty of games and activities that a family with several ages would enjoy. We hope to come back.

3 day stay

We’ll, the cabin is nice but!! Do not expect much with kitchen- nothing, not even oven mitt, seriously no salt/pepper nothing, abysmal cooking pots, pans. Jacuzzi bath does not hold water above 2 inches and jets do not work. Cabin needs a thorough cleaning not the regulatory 1 hour. Porches up and down covered in pollen, chairs, hot tub etc. SO, if just a landing zone to sleep and leave all day, you’ll be fine but if you wanna cook breakfast or dinner or anything- we’ll look elsewhere.

Great Cabin, Super Convenient Location.

They were not kidding with the quick drive to Dollywood! Not only was the cabin perfect for 5 adults. It was super convenient to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. I loved that all of the rooms had king beds and they were very comfortable! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will be back in the future! 10/10 recommend!
