This property is in a great community with a community pool perfect for families. We were in town for an event with USA baseball and this turned out to be a central location tor us with all of the activities we attended. The house was extremely clean and Lisa was very quick to respond if we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Overall was a great stay! We had a minor issue with the passcode to get in, however the host responded back within less than a minute and fixed it. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot

This home was great for us in every way. We were in the RDU area this week for college baseball games. The location was perfect since we visited UNC, Duke, NCSt, and Wake F. The home was very clean & accommodated all our needs. The place had plenty of room for us and our 3 young adult children. We don’t usually spend this much on our Vrbo, but we would do this one again in a heartbeat. This was top notch.

Beautiful place and Great Location!

We absolutely loved this place! The townhouse was gorgeous and very well kept. The location was perfect for us!! We would definitely book again… and probably will next time to travel with our group!

Family visit to Raleigh

We booked this property with our 2 year old daughter. Originally, our parents were coming with us but they were unable to make the trip due to illness. This was a difficult place to stay with our daughter. The listing does not state the unit is a 3 story townhouse with the first floor master being the only room on the garage level. We were expecting a first floor master along with the kitchen and living areas on the same floor.. we would never have rented something like this if we had known the layout. The unit smelled clean but there were spider webs under the kitchen counters, behind the living room TV and chairs. There were socks, hair ties and clips behind the dresser in the room we stayed in that no one had cleaned up. The metal beds need to be replaced with wooden frames, our bed squeaked so loud every time one of us moved, the hosts were great with communication and answering questions about internet and the pool access. They responded immediately. I think this unit would be great for a family with older children but did not work for us with a 2 year old.

Family meet in Durham

It was very comfortable and clean, no complaints at all. I drove from Alabama and met daughter and her family driving from Pittsburgh. We also had a friend from Charlotte, NC, visit one night. So in all we had 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 2. We enjoyed the pool and the museum of life and science, and we visited relatives in Raleigh.

Clean, modern and nicely furnished

This is a very nice townhome in a convenient location off of Briar Creek Parkway in North Raleigh. The host was responsive in communicating and our family appreciated the property.

Excellent!!!

The town home was gorgeous and clean. Our stay was very relaxing and the layout of the home was very comfortable for my family. We had adult and children and it was perfect. The host was very welcoming and very clear. If we visit the area again we will be staying at this property.

had a wonderful stay! place was very clean and organized upon arrival. when problems arose the host was on top of it with fast response times and quick solutions! listing didnt have exterior pictures, would have preferred to know it was a townhome before booking.

Would highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely go back with no hesitation!! The only thing I wish is that the back yard was fenced in so we could have let our dogs out and that the the window that didn’t have curtains did. The MIL section had blinds but no curtains. The light came in and we felt like someone could see in at a certain angle. When emailing we received a prompt response!! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Fabulous stay in quiet neighborhood with a great location

This is easily a 5 star property. Spacious, clean, great location in a quiet neighborhood near airport and grocery stores, etc. Lisa was extremely responsive and the property was like brand new. I'd highly recommend booking this property if you are wanting to stay in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Perfect spot for family weekend

We stayed here the weekend we moved our daughter to college. My parents were with us so there were 7 in total. The layout was perfect! Everyone had a bed and we had plenty of space to spread out. The property was pristine! Highly recommended!!!

Townhouse was wonderful! We had 4 siblings with spouses stay here for a family reunion in the area…it was a perfect space to unwind in the evenings after get togethers. I highly recommend the space and the area as it was close to restaurants, shopping and parks for hiking!

New and Nice Townhouse

The rental had everything you might need...,cookware, spices, plenty of dishes and silverware, laundry soap, bath toiletries, towels and paper products...all in a large townhouse with new furnishings and cute decor. Sidewalks to pool/ playground area and convenient to grocery, dining and airport.

Golf Getaway Weekend

This was an awesome largely spaced out condo that was perfect for a groom's golf getaway weekend. The place had every amenity we needed for the weekend. Lisa Renee was very pleasent to deal with. Would definately stay here again if we were ever in the area.
