10/10 Great location. Large bedrooms were good for 4 golfers, lower level "suite" was awesome, I'm buying the shower head from my own MBR today! Brad was a very responsive host.

Excellent host, location and layout. Was perfect for our stay and the detailed directions were very helpful. We had family/friends staying at a local hotel for a wedding and this location and covered patio made for a perfect hosting location for gathering in small groups. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect! Exactly as described or maybe better!It was clean and convenient to everything in the North Hills area.We had plenty of room and Brad was quick to answer any questions we had!I would definitely stay here next time!!

Great Location, Great Property

This is a great property with proximity to food and shopping. Clean, large rooms, multiple bathrooms with great privacy. Large yard with outdoor seating that allows for enjoying the full space. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Multiple Couples

We initially chose this property because it offered two master suites, making it the perfect house for two families. The bigger suite is more private, with the smaller one being closer to the other bedrooms. This was great for our family of four and another couple.There was plenty of parking, and the check-in process was super easy.The snack machine was a big hit with the teenagers!We were pleasantly surprised by the location. Easy walk to a farmer's market, great restaurants and shops.

Great location

This house is exactly as listed, was right in the heart of great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We had a wonderful weekend exploring the area and one of the best things was we didn't have to get in the car, everything was within easy walking distance.

Great Stay!

We stayed at North Chills while visiting our daughter at NC State. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is super convenient being across from the shops and so many restaurants and coffee shops! My daughter loved the vending machine in the house, fun touch! The owner was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Great visit to North Hills

We had a lovely visit to Raleigh. The house was perfect for our needs - few stairs, fenced yard for the dog, great location. And the downstairs shower pressure was AMAZING. Nice firm mattresses!

Perfect Spot!

Perfect Getaway for Our Annual Family Celebration!This VRBO was the perfect place for our annual sister after-Christmas celebration. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The lower-level bathroom was ideal, and the jacuzzi tub was a wonderful bonus—so relaxing after a long day! Now, let me tell you about the shower… I’m very picky when it comes to showers, and this one exceeded all expectations. With two showerheads and incredible water pressure, it was absolute perfection!The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We loved the dining/den area for all 8 of us to gather in. The vending machine was a cool touch! Overall, this home provided the perfect setting for our family gathering, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family and an awesome location!

Staying at North Chills was just what our family was looking for. We had plenty of space and plenty and a cozy environment to be together. The house was very clean, the host could not have been easier to work with and the location is exceptional. You literally walk across the street to North Hills. And you'll love the vending machine with complimentary snacks. This BnB was just perfect and we loved it. Hope to stay there again!

I would definitely stay there if you had a meeting at North Hills, save a ton of money vs hotel rooms.

Great family gathering

We were driving from St. Louis to Holden Beach for a family vacation. We stopped in Raleigh for a couple of nights to see more family. The location & size of the house was very comfortable & suitable for our needs. Our 2 kids & their families help make up our group of 6 adults, 2 children under the age of 3 & 2 dogs! My parents live just off St. Albans & were able to come visit for an evening & it still did not feel cramped! The location allowed us to walk to the Quail Ridge book store (a favorite place for years!), Total Wine, Target, the Harris Teeter & Chipoltes. The dogs absolutely loved the large fenced in yard & we couldn't believe how close we were to the Beltline & that noise was not an issue once inside the house! Last of all, we all grabbed a little snack from the vending machine for our road trip snack to the beach! A fun touch to our stay! We would definitely recommend this property & will keep you in mind for our future Raleigh trips! Thanks!

Short weekend trip
