This stunning home is located close to Olde Town Arvada downtown a community who's charm stems from the turn-of-the-century Main Street Americana ambiance of Olde Town Arvada, with its numerous restaurants, bars, breweries, galleries and shops. Arvada is home to 125 miles of hiking, cycling and horseback riding trails. Arvada is an easy light rail ride from downtown Denver's Union Station on the G Line.

Having a private car makes it quick and easy to get around. Arvada is an easy light rail ride from downtown Denver's Union Station on the G Line. Uber is also available.

We personally respond quickly to your requests and have a on local contact and cleaner if you need anything locally.
Quiet time is per the City of Arvada by 9PM.

ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING OR EVENTS/ PARTIES ARE ALLOWED

DEPARTURE CHECK LIST
Security deposit is refunded after the departure clean. The security deposit may be withheld (in part or in full) to cover damage, excessive cleaning fees or fines incurred by the homeowner association (for guests failure to follow house rules).
Please check each room and all the drawers and closet to be sure you have all your personal belongings.
Lock All Windows and Doors and secure the windows in the kitchen.
All lights turned off
Both AC unites to be turned off
All Trash to be put in large Trash Dumpster located at the corner.
Please run all dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving.
Please leave condo mostly picked up
Please run a load of laundry as you leave if you have time.
All Beach Towels to be washed and folded and place in linen closet. Please fold in thirds if possible
Electric BBQ to be cleaned after last use it is being stored in the laundry.
Wash any snorkel gear and return to the closet
Remove sand from beach chairs and Umbrella and return to laundry. Boogie boards are to be returned to laundry as well.
If furniture and decorating items are moved from original location please return so that other next guest can enjoy our home the way we like it.
Please help yourself to the pantry and fridge items but if one runs out, please restock it so the next guest does not miss out!

We had a great experience here. The house was cozy and fit 5 of us comfortably. The back patio with the fire pit was our favorite thing to do to end the night. Also location was great, we could get to everything easily.

We loved our stay of 4 nights for a mini family reunion over Christmas. The home was perfect in every aspect, with just one exception - the poor quality TP. But if we're complaining about that, you know it was a minor issue, LOL. Communication with the owner was very good. The home was well stocked with the essentials and the beds were super comfy. Thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed at this adorable VRBO in Arvada for Colorado School of Mines Family Weekend, and it was perfect! The location couldn’t be better — just a quick drive to Golden, with easy access to the highway and plenty of great food options nearby. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen that made prepping for our tailgate so easy. After a long day of travel, the host was so kind and flexible with an early check-in, which we really appreciated.Oredigger families — this is a great spot for your next visit!

We rent a fair amount and this home ranks at the top of our stays. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had lots of thoughtful amenities - hair dryers, washer and dryer, iron and board. The beds were comfortably firm and came with both a light blanket and a comforter. The master bedroom was large and though the two other bedrooms were smaller (it's a renovated older home), all the rooms had beside tables and lamps you could actually read by. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pantry had all the basics, though no dishwasher. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries well beyond the basics though a shelf to hold personal toiletries would be nice to have as the vanity space is limited. A shelf in the shower would be convenient, along with more space for hanging towels to dry in the bathroom. We used the hooks in the hallway or ran them through the dryer. The location is great, a short walk to shops and restaurants in Olde Towne and access to the light rail into Denver's Union Station. Close to all the front range communities. We were there for 8 nights and every one of those were quiet. We have family in the area and would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Arvada! We were in town for 3 days for a family wedding. With all of our events, we weren't at the place too much, but it was extremely nice to come back to in the evenings. It was very clean, nice towels and linens and plenty of space for our adult family of 5. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but noticed there was an amazing amount of appliances and had everything one would need! We appreciated the clean place and modern decor. I would say this place was more for an adult stay due to the nice things... vs someone with little kids... but still a perfect spot. Beautiful property with a big yard and great private parking. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The home was spotless,beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The beds were very comfortable. There were so many spaces for the family to gather with the dog OR find alone-time space. We especially loved the fire pit in the very private backyard where the owners provided the gas for the fire AND the grill. The location couldn’t have been better. In a few minutes you can be in the mountains, the city, stores, restaurants and sweet Olde Town Arvada. Parking was easy, and check-in/check-out were completely seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host.Communication was outstanding. The owner responded quickly, were very friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped home base for their trip.

Adorable House in a Great Location

This property was perfect! Everything was clean and felt new. The neighborhood felt very safe and we really enjoyed the outdoor space.The beds were comfy and the kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked. The location made it easy to visit several locations around the Denver area and have several of shops & restaurants near by. The owner was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely say here again.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Arvada. Check-in was easy and the hosts are very responsive. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the location is walk-able to downtown Arvada. We would stay here again!

Very clean

The only complaint was no blinds on doors. Host wasn't real clear on communication as to where to park, or which garbage cans to place outside, on garbage day(there was atotal of 4 cans)and the thermostat kept going up to 75-80* even after we set it to 71*. The weather was 95* out. Small but important complaints .The thermostat was important to ensure our stay was comfortable. Overall nice place.

Absolutely beautiful little house close enough to the Denver downtown action but located in a quaint and safe neighborhood. Well stocked and they thought of all the necessities. Highly recommend and would stay here again (though I will second what others have said about needing blinds or some privacy on the bathroom windows)!

Arvada home

This property was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean and we had a nice quiet weekend. We were in Denver for USAV indoor women’s national volleyball tournament. It was 12 minutes to the convention center and basically less than 20 minutes to go anywhere. It was great!!
