We had a wonderful weekend at Victor's place! There was plenty of room for us to enjoy ourselves. From the ping pong table in the basement to enjoying our morning coffee on the back patio; it was all fantastic! It is in a quiet neighborhood outside of Denver, but still felt close enough to get to all the things we had planned in the city. Victor's place was great and we would definitely stay here again.

My buddies and I decided to travel to Colorado for our annual golf trip this year. We decided on this home based on it's central location to downtown and a number of nice golf courses nearby. It was spotless, had a great backyard and the bedding was very comfortable after a day on the links. There were welcoming bottles of water and some snacks to get our stay started. We are very competitive, so the use of the gaming system, foosball table, ping pong table and board games were a nice touch after a day of golfing. Victor was a great host responding quickly to our questions. My buddies and I highly recommend renting this gem!!!

Everything you need

This was everything we needed for a college graduation visit. After a long day of travel and a concert, we arrived very late to the house. It was so easy getting in, and the house was super clean and inviting. We really appreciated the chilled bottles of water in the fridge and basket of snacks. The ping pong and foosball were a huge hit with the guys and the girls loved the patio and fire pit. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Great property and amenities

The property was just as was listed. Victor was a great host and thought of absolutely everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Comfy beds, great outdoor space, great kitchen, lots of inside activities too. Clean and well organized. Loved it and would 100% stay again!

Concert trip

We met family from Nebraska to attend a concert at Coors Field. The house was exceptionally clean and located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. There was a really nice farmer’s market not too far from our VRBO which was a fun thing to do during the day. Amenities included shampoo, lotion * they even had new toothbrushes in case you forget yours! Keurig coffee maker with a large variety of flavors. We all enjoyed the fenced in back yard with a covered porch. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanest Rental Ever

This was the cleanest rental property we’ve ever had! The house is very well equipped, had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located, easy to get everywhere. We had six people in our group and it worked out perfectly. Thanks for a great stay!

House was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Home was in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store, gas station etc in case you forgot something. Home was well set up and had plenty of activities for all ages! Definitely recommend this place to stay! Victor was also friendly and easy to communicate with!

Most hospitable, clean and close to everything!

We came for a 7x7 football championship for my grandson and my granddaughters 6th birthday. This was just a haven to come back to. Besides the kids really loving app the extras for them. Can't say enough good things!

Family oriented house

Great Place To Stay

Place was super clean and nice. Right outside of Denver for easy access to everything we needed. Host provided all information needed and was always quick to respond. I 100% reccomend this place.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time in this property. Felt everything was as described and was clean and well maintained. Traveled with a group of adults and a child. Everyone was comfortable and able to have their own space when needed. We really enjoyed the back yard space to be able to sit and enjoy the weather. We would quickly book this space again if we return to the area.
