3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon and more!
Recently upgraded guest bathroom, new screens, new front door, stringed lights added to back deck, additional TV added (in master bedroom), and more.
PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
less.
2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
4. No pets on the couch or beds.
5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

The location is PERFECT. Such a short walk to the beach access. Only a couple minutes to the surf city bridge. Close to all the good restaurants but not too close. Hosts always responded quickly to any questions I had. Always polite and helpful! The house isn’t huge, but it was only 3 of us so it was the perfect size for what we needed.

This was the perfect little beach house for our trip. It is so close to the ocean and was so easy for us to just walk over whenever we wanted to go to the beach. The patios were really nice to sit out on too!

Thanks for leaving a review, Lou, and glad you enjoyed your stay! When you say toilet paper, was there not enough there? The cleaners usually do a great job stocking enough (if a roll is getting low they make sure another one is available in the cabinets). I will remind them just in case, but again, glad you had a good stay and hope you can enjoy this area again!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for myself and several friends. The location was incredible, with the beach being just about a 5 minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance as well. The property had everything you could need for a day at the beach or time relaxing inside. The porch had an incredible view and was perfect for relaxing outside. This is the perfect place for a calm beach getaway.

Quaint Beach House

Wonderful vacation
We immensely enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and near many local restaurants. Daily walks on the beach are beautiful. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog and teens. Would definitely stay again!

There is a hammock on the ground level beneath the back deck for lounging and covered in shade to make it a relaxing environment. The front deck provides a view of the intracoastal waterway, and the back deck provides a view of the beach and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. There is nothing more calming than hearing the ocean waves break on shore.
