3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon, and more!
Recently upgraded guest bathroom, new screens, new front door, stringed lights added to back deck, additional TV added (in master bedroom), and more.
PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
less.
2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
4. No pets on the couch or beds.
5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

Fantastic beach spot! Lovely to be so close to the beach and able to see the intercostal out the front porch! Many thoughtful touches including baby gates, pack-n-play, and supplies for the beach itself. The walk to the beach is easy with a boardwalk behind the house so you don't have to go on the main road. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great. It was close to town. There was a nice wooden walkway to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Check in easy. We had a great vacation. I would definitely say again.

Host was great and very quick to respond. Location of this house is amazing. If you want to be close to the beach, this is perfect. It’s six a quick walk to the beach access. The home is cozy and had everything we needed for the stay. Overall a great stay!

The location is PERFECT. Such a short walk to the beach access. Only a couple minutes to the surf city bridge. Close to all the good restaurants but not too close. Hosts always responded quickly to any questions I had. Always polite and helpful! The house isn’t huge, but it was only 3 of us so it was the perfect size for what we needed.

This was the perfect little beach house for our trip. It is so close to the ocean and was so easy for us to just walk over whenever we wanted to go to the beach. The patios were really nice to sit out on too!

Superior communication with hosts, excellent proximity to public beach access and gorgeous views of the Intracoastal waterway. Rocking chairs at sunset were the cherry on top!!

Great beach house!

Great First Family Trip to the Beach
We had a wonderful time at Dana Point for our first family trip to the beach as a family of 4. The location could not have been more convenient and the house offered us everything that we needed.

I don’t typically leave reviews and have gone back and forth the last few days. However i ultimately decided that hopefully the owners will take into consideration what i have to share. Firstly - I’m shocked at the amount of people that said the home was clean (maybe this was a 1 time issue). Surfaces - yes. However the floors were disgusting. Our feet were black within 30 minutes of being there. Black dog hair everywhere. There’s no way the floors were cleaned properly. There wasn’t a normal mop to mop ourselves just a swiffer mop which explained why the floors were so bad. Next what i suppose is the master bedroom bed - the worst I’ve ever slept in. On each side of the mattress is really sunk in which leaves a big hump in the middle of the mattress. There’s no missing it, it has to be known because a mattress top was put on the bed i guess to help… it doesn’t. Box mattresses are pretty cheap. My kids said the other two beds were not great either. Maybe just a tip: have the light switches labeled - there’s so many in the common area. Also have a mop and a better broom/vacuum for guest to use if needed. Overall it was just okay. It was an easy quick walk to the beach and the beach was perfect. We will not stay here again for the price and what it was.

Easy access to beach and communication with host excellent. Had a great time. Bring extra toiletries and essentials like toilet paper..but stores nearby so you shoukd be fine.

The cleaners usually do a great job stocking enough (if a roll is getting low they make sure another one is available in the cabinets). I will remind them just in case, but again, glad you had a good stay and hope you can enjoy this area again!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for myself and several friends. The location was incredible, with the beach being just about a 5 minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance as well. The property had everything you could need for a day at the beach or time relaxing inside. The porch had an incredible view and was perfect for relaxing outside. This is the perfect place for a calm beach getaway.
