It's the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation in the great outdoors with ample space when indoors. Relax in the hot tub, hike to the lake (~0.5 mile hike from the cabin), or enjoy a toasted marshmallow around the fire pit. While very central to everything Hochatown has to offer, the cabin is surrounded by hundreds of acres of forestry land, offering a private and peaceful experience.

☀Dog Friendly☀ - No family vacation would be complete without our fur babies so bring them along! We allow up to two dogs (max weight of 50lbs) for a one time, non refundable fee of $100. The platforms automatically include this fee in the rental amount if you selected pets in your search. Dogs are the only type of pet allowed and there are no breed restrictions. We provide stainless steel doggie bowls (base is height adjustable), doggie blankets for use on couches/beds, doggie towels to wipe paws as needed, two foldable crates/kennels (stored in closets), and doggie poop bags. We do not allow dogs to be left unattended. When guests leave the cabin, we require dogs to be crated in either provided crates or crates guests bring with them. We do expect guests to clean up after their dogs outside. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. Cabin will be evaluated for any potential damage after each stay.

PLEASE READ:
1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom.
2. Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, sanitize, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. Chemicals are added and balanced. Due to the high volume of fresh water, the heating process may still be underway at check-in. Depending on the outdoor temperature, reaching +100°F may take until late evening or overnight. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize hot tub hygiene.
3. Cabin has central heating and air conditioning. It is on city water and septic.
4. The cabin currently does not have an EV charger or a 220v outlet. There is a 110v outlet outside guests are welcome to use.
5. The outdoor surveillance on this property has two security cameras; one faces the front yard, driveway and entryway while the other monitors the back yard and back entry way.
6. There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancellations. That means your refund will be 97% of the original booking amount if cancelled at least 30 days before check in.
7. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete.
8. One time, non refundable dog fee of $100 for up to two dogs per stay. Max weight per dog is 50lbs.
9. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 11:00am CT will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 11:00am CT.
10. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time.
