This spacious home has 4,650 square feet of living area. The huge great room is fabulous for family and friends to enjoy time together and contains an open family room, kitchen, and dining area. There is plenty of seating available (10 at the dining table, 4 at the counter, a large sectional sofa and 2 wing chairs). The appliances are stainless steel with a new 36" commercial range, two dishwashers, 2 sinks, and a fridge with filtered water and ice. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay including both drip and Keurig style coffee machines. The great room has a new large stone gas fireplace and a Smart television with streaming service and live YouTube TV. There is an office on the first floor with a desk space, fast WIFI, and new Vermont Castings gas fireplace. There is a booster in the home for cell service (there is no home phone). There is a Queen bedroom on the first floor with an adjacent full bath with walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twins) are on the second floor, all with en-suite baths. The primary bedroom features a walk-in steam shower. There is a finished basement with another full bath with shower and a fun electronic arcade basketball game and board games. An attached garage with parking for two standard cars is available for use.
