This fifth-floor condo is decorated in cute, coastal decor and has plenty of outdoor access. Enjoy the warm weather from the classy furnishings of the balcony's covered lounge area, accessible from the main living area and the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has access to a separate, exclusive terrace.

Best Time!

We had so much fun in this condo! It was a nice family getaway and it was in such a good location. Loved the gym, and even ended up going to the IV Hydration spot downstairs.

Gets the job done

The place was a little smaller than how it looks in photos but still enough room. The room with the attached bathroom does not get as cool. The water did not get hot in that same bathroom as well as in the kitchen. When we arrived, the tub was not clean and there was hair in the sheets. The carpet could use a good clean/replacing but otherwise the stay was fine. There was a band-aid covering the tv remote sensor? Not sure what that was about. The check in staff was super nice. Beware, one of the baristas/hostesses in the restaurant has a nasty attitude that was unwarranted since all we did was walk into the coffee shop and wait to be seated like the sign instructed.

Great Amenities and Beautiful Condo

We loved the condo and the amenities of the property. We didn’t realize the unit was not overlooking the pool area. We loved being able to access room service from the onsite restaurant.

The Room

The room itself had a lot of issues. About a third of the light bulbs were out along with the living room fan didn’t work (including the light fixture). There was hair in the cereal bowls from where someone was careless when cleaning. The water pressure made it very hard to shower. If you’re planning on cooking bring your own cooking utensils, cooking spray, and seasonings. We had to go buy a lot of things because there wasn’t anything to cook with. The resort itself was wonderful! The amenities they offer for kids is great. During the summer they are doing a pirate magic show as well as swimming with a “mermaid”.

Overall great resort

Over all great resort. Pool is amazing and everything is nice and clean, restaurant food not too great. Drinks at the bar are good.. room furniture in need of some update and balcony furniture, carpet in need of deep cleaning or replacement. Great family safe environment over all. Beach walking distance from resort

1502- Great location

The home comes with everything you’ll need in the kitchen. The location is ideal! We were a quick drive to the beach and fantastic restaurants! Our AC wasn’t working well while we were there so the unit was warm and muggy. The second evening, the property manager brought an in home AC unit. It was unable to cool down the entire unit, but did help in the living room. The rooms remained warm. The AC had to pull in air from the outside which required the back sliding door to remain slightly open the last two days. The king room with the restroom in the suite had a king mattress that was too large for the boxspring with was a little uncomfortable since we had our little one in bed with us.

We had fun!

The property was great the location was great close to everything close to the beach the property had great amenities the restaurant the pool area was beautiful the condo itself was beautiful! The condo was loaded with everything we needed pots pans utensils towels blankets washer and dryer few things needed to be repaired like the closet door to the laundry room and one of the chairs to the dining room table was loose but other than that we have fun our stay was so relaxing and I can't wait to go back

Great resort and cozy condo

I really like the condo and resort. The only negative was the pillows. I’m a pillow snob and if you are too I highly recommend taking your own pillows. Also there were no seasonings for cooking, not even salt / pepper. But you can get some S/P packets from the good vibes bar down stairs.
