We were pleasantly surprised by the location in terms of proximity to the pool. Having never stayed there before, we weren't sure of the layout. The main pool is huge, but it's not heated, so plan accordingly. However, there is a smaller pool that's heated and the hot tub is large. Proximity to the beach is great as well, in addition to one of the best coffee shops in the Destin area, Maas, which you can walk to easily from the resort. Host was great and easy to communicate with. The set up of the living spaces were also great in that there technically two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully private of each other, as shown in the pics. Being that it's a 1st floor location, you don't have to worry about quickly getting where you want to / need to go, including the gym. The gym is very nice but a heads up - the lighting is pretty dim. While this place is not the new, sparkly, fully upgraded place that some people try to shoot for, to me it's a place we will 100% be interested in booking again due to everything noted above. It's close to just about everything you'll want to go to in the Destin area, with several things being within easy walking distance. Oh, and it has a really nice enclosed patio with a lot of space to hang out with family or friends.

This property truly exceeded our expectations! From the start, the check-in process was seamless, making us feel welcomed right away. The space looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We absolutely loved having access to the pool, fitness center, and the on-site bar, coffee shop, and restaurant—it made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. Since we enjoy walking, being able to stroll to nearby breakfast spots and even across to the beach was such a treat.Most of all, Rita was an incredible host—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made our stay feel special, and we are so grateful for her hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and happy, already talking about when we’ll be back.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit and the owner. The unit was clean, well-stocked with beach supplies, and had an incredible pool. Rita was an absolutely wonderful host. She was available whenever I had any questions and went above and beyond to help with everything. I highly recommend!

The condo we stayed in was for 6 people. A full size bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There were NO sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Only 4 face towels to accommodate 6 people. However, we made the best of it. The property and pool was really nice. It is within walking distance to the beach. Also has a park for kids, Basketball court, tennis court and a few other amenities.

Everything was an amazing as it looked. It was a very easy check in process. The property manager was there with any questions or requests. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Winter retreat

Very good, conveniently located. Good amenities, nice pool area great state park beach just across the road.Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Great response to a small problem, and the tech had great tips on where to go and what to do.

The place was good. A couple of things I think would add to the stay. - Leave guests more than one extra roll of TP - Have more blankets/throws for the family room and bedrooms. There were no extras anywhere. - I would suggest at least sweeping the patio before guests arrive. - The bottom bunk in the first bedroom needs to be replaced. It is very uncomfortable abd saga toward the middle. - The airport is NOT a 3 minute drive. You have to go around the bay to get to it and traffic is terrible. - There is not a tiki bar on site, a restaurant and bar yes but not a tiki bar. - Big Kahunas is not as close as mentioned. The communication was top notch and they let us ck in earlier than 4:00pm. When traveling the description of a place needs to accurate. . It was a 3/4 mile walk to the beach and you have to cross over a major intersection. I don’t mind a walk I may have reconsidered the location due to the people I was traveling with. When people pay to rent we depend on the description as our guide. 3 out of 5 for me.

Beautiful resort!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and the beds very comfortable. The pools and hot tub were amazing! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will stay yere again if we come back to Destin in the future.
