ADAGIO is Italian for “Relax”, and that’s just what you will feel when you enter this lovely Villa! NO STAIRS! ROKU TV in every room, Master Suite w/King bed & prvt bath, covered porch, & next to pool.
2023 UPDATE: We just purchased a new queen sleeper sofa and ottoman for our Living Room. 😊 We also purchased a new dining table and chairs. 😉

User friendly

Great place! Kitchen was well set up with plenty of room, adjoining the living room to still be Part of family while they watch tv or just hang out. We had our Aussie with us which is also one of the boys, house is right across from the pool so that is a huge plus!! Communication with the host was great. I’d definitely recommend this one!!!

Family Beach Get Away

Property was perfect for 6 family members and our 2 dogs. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was only a 10 minute drive to the beach, and the pool is steps away from the door of the unit.

Great location and would definitely stay there again

We reserved for cheer competition and found out we need to adjust our stay time from Friday,Saturday & check out Sunday to Thursday - Saturday. Wasn’t a big issue. Everything was neat, clean, safe feeling environment outside, close to pool for the kids. My only recommendation would be lamps with USB plugs for easier access and a few more towels and bath rags.

We can to Orange Beach for a spring break baseball tournament and this condo was perfect for our needs. A great location and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Historical trip to Orange Beach

We decided to go to Orange Beach to escape the snow and cold temperatures in January. We were hoping for warm weather, or at least the normal temperatures for the area. It was a little too chilly and windy to golf during the first couple of weeks. We did a lot of walking, and Gulf State Park has excellent trails. We walked every trail in the park, some more than once. We saw lots of wildlife, and met many people from all over the US on each trail.During our third week we experienced a snowstorm that shut down everything for 2.5 days.OB got over 6 inches of snow-3 inches was the previous record and that was in 1895! The last week of our stay the temperatures were closer to normal.The Villa we rented served us well. It had everything we needed and more. We were able to use the grill in the backyard and the full kitchen to make many meals. The beds were comfortable, and needed each night after spending days hiking through the State Park.The living room had a nice large TV that was used to watch many football games. Having two full bathrooms was another plus. We were not able to use the pool, as the weather was too cold. The Villa was conveniently located to the canal and beaches. It was also close to highway connections when we traveled to Pensacola, Mobile, and Biloxi. The Villa was pet friendly, so our dog accompanied us. Our host was easy to contact, and she responded quickly to address concerns. We would recommend a stay at the Villas when traveling to Orange Beach.

Orange Beach Vacation.

Family all loved the Beach. The house was very comfortable for us all we played board games in the evenings and the Teens love going in the pool late in the evenings. One thing, we could have done with a few extra supplies. An extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and dish washer detergent as there were only 6 plates for six of us. Luckily we brought our own. We did have a very hot super weekend.

The villa is in a good location (close to activities, shopping and dining yet far enough outside of the tourist hustle). However, it is in need of attention as far as cleanliness, details, maintenance, repairs/replacements and provisions. The unit is truly bare bones with a locked thermostat and no hospitality (no welcome note, board games, book with instructions, contact numbers or recommendations for the area). The only way to contact Juliann is via Vrbo phone app, but her response time is prompt and kind. Sadly, we checked out 22 hours early, cutting our beach vacation short, due to the above issues.

We loved staying here. The house was clean and beautiful. Juliann was so kind and was able to let us check in early since we drove through the night so our kid would sleep. It was in the perfect location for everything we had planned to do while on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next vacation and will be staying here again!
