NEW on VRBO - Cornerstone is a historic home located a few steps away from the Bellevue Ave mansions including Rosecliff, Marble House, the Elms. The Breakers & Cliff Walk are 3 blocks away. Bailey's Beach is 3/4 miles, Thames St is .5 mile, the Wharf is <1 mile. The townhouse is beautiful, spacious & sunny. It features 3BRs, 1.5BA, large living & dining rooms. It is decorated with new high end furnishings. It is perfect for the family or guest that wants to stay in a beautiful historic home.

The townhome is best geared toward quiet/low key guests. House rules include no smoking of any kind in or on premises, no pets, no parties/gatherings for security reasons, no loud noises (music, yelling, etc.), no extra guests beyond those stated at time of booking, minimum age of 30 for booking. Beautiful house in a great location!

Beautiful property, cozy and inviting. Perfect for our girls weekend! The upstairs gets very warm but otherwise the property was perfect. We had everything we needed.

30th Birthday Party

We recently rented this townhouse for a 30th birthday weekend. The location was great, very close to town. All amenities were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Moms getaway

We came to Newport for a Moms getaway and to see Newport. The house was impeccably clean and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. We were able to walk into downtown and to the Mansions and Cliff Walk. We cannot wait to come back and stay again

Senior Girls’ Getaway

Spotless and stylish, and well stocked with fresh linens, towels, and a well-applianced kitchen, this rental checked all the boxes we needed! Lovely living room, ample dining space, cozy kitchen w three very comfy bedrooms and 5-star mattresses, this home did not disappoint! It was a short walk to the mansions and it’s only a brief drive to the main shopping area!

Girls Weekend

The property was great, we had enough space for everyone. The property is more located near the mansion/ Cliff Walk while most of our activities were near Bowens Wharf (which is a quick Uber). Parking worked for all of us as well.

Quiet residential area near mansions

The bedrooms were the best parts- felt luxurious and comfortable. The area is nice for walking to mansions but less walkable to the harbor. I’d suggest that the house upgrade the kitchen amenities - wine glasses, teapot, and a much bigger coffee pot.

Spacious Condo

This old house has been divided into two very nice units with a contemporary touch. It’s a nice distance from the busyness of Thames street but a quick car ride if you want to be there. Harvest Market is a short walk for a good coffee and bagel. Nothing was lacking. Nice linens, full kitchen, and a beautiful neighborhood.

Important items missing

It was a very nice place but the kitchen is small and outdated and there was no paper towel or dish towels, and no coffee filters which was very disappointing since we brought coffee, cream and sugar.

Loved the location

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Shopping, beach, restaurants. We actually took the free shuttle most places so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The townhome was very nice. The size was perfect for us - 2 adults and 3 teens. Loved all the rooms but the dining room was my favorite. Very nice bathrooms which is important IMO! One thing I would say is bring extra towels. Only 1 towel per person was provided.

This quiet part of town is great for families and low key guests. Live among the mansions in style and within walking distance to Newport's key attractions - 1 block to Bellevue Ave Mansions, 3 Blocks to Breakers, 3 Blocks to Salve, 3/4 Mile to the Famous Bailey's Beach - ask about access to the beach . . . ;-).
