Kentucky vacation with family

Overall the room was everything we expected. The only issues we had were that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work and the bed was uncomfortable (the matress was on the frame which made it uncomfortable and, when you got out of the bed, you had to make sure you didn't hit your legs on the frame).The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet, peaceful location in a beautiful part of the country! Great for a couple and convenient to many areas with great restaurants and things to do within 30 minutes. The apartment is well appointed and tasteful. We will return in the future.

Echo everyone else...wonderful place!

We agree with what everyone else said! Perfect location for the Ark and Creation Museum. Nice and cozy, great deck, quiet location. The only minor thing was that the AC was a bit quirky. Set at 76 degrees during the day was really cold, but at night, had to drop it down to 70 degrees or less for us to not have to throw off the covers. Again, not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance.

Great time in Kentucky

The property was as advertised; clean, comfortable, and a beautiful area. The upper deck had a beautiful view and was relaxing for sitting outside for coffee in the morning. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a short drive away and we were conveniently close to The Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.

Family friendly Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this little studio over the garage. It was just right for our family of four. Two double beds, a bathroom, kitchenette, and closet, supplied with all we needed. An outside deck for eating, a lovely country view. The drive off the main road to get there was scenic. We absolutely loved the rural location. And it was only a half hour from Creation Museum and 45 minutes from Ark Encounter. Loved it and would do it again!

Cute getaway spot!

Cute little studio apartment, just as depicted, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city while still retaining that country feel. The place was up to date and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Best By Far

This stay was so much more than expected! Reta was the best host. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location is close to everything and the property grounds are gorgeous! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having coffee each morning. We went to The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We also took in a Reds game. It was one of our best trips ever! Thanks again Reta for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view

The property was clean, nicely furnished and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I was in the area for the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum and this was conveniently located between the two. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were in town for the Ark and Creation museum and loved staying here. Everything was super clean, it was easy to check in, and we were extremely happy with our experience. We definitely recommend this spot.

Forest View Retreat

Clean, peaceful, and cozy. Nice location a few minutes from the city between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Cincinnati zoo and other options quick drive too. Easy check in and great host.

Overall, we had a great time. The space was a little tight, but that was to be expected with a studio apartment. I would have appreciated a photo showing the apartment was above a garage (I didn't scroll all the way down to read the description), but our hosts were great! They evenshared fruit from their garden!

Girls weekend

The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained. We felt safe and relaxed. The patio was a highlight of our stay where we enjoyed many cups of coffee and tea in the cool mornings and evenings. The drive to the apartment was picturesque and peaceful - no traffic! Easy to get to the Creation museum and Ark, as well as shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at the Forestview Retreat! It was clean, cozy, and close to our destinations at the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The hosts were very friendly and we’d love to return if we come this way again.
