Nuestro condominio se encuentra en Florencia amigable, KY; a solo 35 minutos del Encuentro del Arca ya 20 minutos del Museo de la Creación. Le damos la bienvenida, su familia y amigos que visitan estas u otras atracciones en el área de Cincinnati para venir y disfrutar de nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar". El apartamento es independiente, con camas preparadas para 10 personas. Se trata de un condominio de 3 dormitorios diseñado para una familia grande o un par de familias que viajan juntos.

Perfect stay

We had between 4-8 people staying in the home, depending on the day, and there was plenty of room for privacy and plenty of room for a gathering in the main rooms. We loved our stay, and would happily spend another month here again, if the timing should work out so well. Even the neighbors were sweet to us, coming by for a visit or two late in our stay!

Excellent property! Accommodated our large family with no issues! Would definitely recommend!

Mr Marshall has done a wonderful job of preparing this property for his guests. Lots of beds and space for all of my large family. And when we realized that we had left some valuables by the bed, his cleaning team found them and mailed them to us! His hospitality went way beyond the expected! Also we appreciated the extra kitchen utensils, cups, plates, and cutlery! And very comfortable beds!!

Family Values!

The property is clean, well maintained, and well supplied. The neighborhood was quiet. Very spacious bedrooms and living areas. Excellent value when travelling with children. You can relax here. Look forward to visiting again.

Great condo! Awesome location!

This condo didn't dissapoint. It was in the perfect location. Owners had it stocked well and went above our expectations. 1 thing that had us concerned was open steps with 2 toddlers but that was made aware before we went so we just stayed aware of them . Thanks for a great vacation. We loved the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and The Reds game.

Clean, spacious, and complete with all necessities and many "niceties"

We had two families with a total of 5 children who stayed here in summer. The place stayed very cool and comfortable. Very spacious. Had fully stocked kitchen including crock pot. Was great to have all bedding and towels. The trundle beds were even comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms was great. Very convenient to the Ark and Creation museum. We also went to Wright Patterson Air Force base which was only 1.25 hours away.

Great Location!!! Awesome Rental!

My husband, daughter and I took both sets of parents with us to see the Ark, the Creation Museum, a Reds Game, and the Cincinnati Zoo! The memories were wonderful and this vacation spot was centrally located to all! We found the home to be exactly what we needed! We saw several deer while walking the trails in the neighborhood. My daughter enjoyed the park too! I would definitely recommend this home! The owner was pleasant to work with and quick to respond if we had questions!!!! Thanks for sharing this rental with our family😊

Nice place! We had everything we needed. Very quiet and easy to find. Place was clean.

Had plenty of room for all the family. Kids enjoyed the little playground near. The tub took a little long to drain after showers but other than that it was awesome stay! Would definitely stay here again. Price was affordable.

Excellent!

This was perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were spacious, and there was a sufficient number of bathrooms. The condo was conveniently located so our drives to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter were not long. The owner was great to deal with! When I get a chance to return for another vacation in this area, I'll definitely seek to rent this place again!!

It was a great place to stay! We loved it that we as a family could all be under one roof!

There was a problem with the ice machine in the refrigerator , it took a long time to keep us supply ed with ice. The water in the main bathroom tub was slow going down . Also the front door wasn't working , it stands ajar .

We had 4 adults and 9 kiddos stay here comfortably. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pans and dishes to allow for meal preparation. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We enjoyed our stay!

Very Impressed

This condo was very clean and we'll stocked with everything you would possibly need away from home. I forgot my shampoo and they even had that!! I was super impressed!! The only thing I heard any complaints about were that there were no TV's in the rooms. But we seemed to manage fine without. I would definitely recommend this place when visiting the Ark and the Creation Musuem.

It's a great place!

The property and house were very clean, and was in a great location with a small park and awesome walking trails out back. Very big laundry room with all the supplies you need. The location of the house made it very easy to get to downtown Cincinnati or the Ark. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, not fancy. Clean. Had 6 guys that spent all day outside, never ran out of hot water. We will stay here again. Only complaint is TV is not hooked up to cable or even an antenna, at least that we could figure out.

The condo was a great space - plenty of room for everyone, loved the 4 bathrooms for everyone to use and get ready in. The area seems very nice. Kroger and convenience stores close by. Will be staying again in the future and we look forward to it!

Seasoned Travelers Thrilled By Thoughtfulness

We are a family of 11, going on 12, with very young children (11 and under), so we are FAR from strangers to renting homes while traveling; it’s the only comfortable way!!! When we arrived in Florence we immediately noticed little touches never seen before in our dozens upon dozens of past rentals: accessible laundry detergent, stroller in the garage, extra diapers and wipes, extra toddler floor mattresses, portable cribs, loads of extra blankets and pillows, BOOSTER SEATS for the tables, toys, a little children’s library down stairs etc etc I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of this lovely home owner! Thank you for letting us use your home while our family visited The Ark/Creation Museum/Cinncinati Zoo! I must add, the house was in PERFECT proximity to each of these places with a delicious pizza delivery place nearby called “The Snappy Tomato Pizzeria” (a menu was in the house, just another wonderful step taken by the home owners) We will have to visit and stay again! Great stay

Nice 3 bedroom, 2.2 bath townhouse located perfectly between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The location for us was ideal, since we'd planned to visit both. Plus, its only 15 minutes from CVG Airport. There were numerous nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We had 5 adults and 4 children, which housed us perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Tim, the owner, was ready and available to answer any questions and was very accommodating. We'll likely be staying here again when we return to visit the Ark and Creation Museum.

Would have been more convenient if the towels had been placed in each bathroom instead of all being located in the upstairs hall closet. We were visiting the Creation museum and the Ark encounter and it was very convenient between the two. Beds very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great place.

Stay here!

Absolutely perfectly accommodating in every way. We enjoyed our entire visit. Kitchen, what was available, rooms and bathrooms it was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the location it was near every single thing with wonderful walking trails and a playground. We would recommend this property to anyone considering a place to stay with a large group while traveling to the Creation Museum and Ark. Thank you!!
