Welcome to your home-base for memory-making! This spacious, joy-filled Asheville retreat is designed for families who want comfort, connection, and plenty to do together. Just minutes from downtown, the French Broad River, the River Arts District, and kid-friendly attractions, it makes exploring easy and coming home even better.

Inside, everyone stays entertained with air hockey battles, the ever-addicting skee-ball machine, and friendly competitions at the basketball hoop. Spread out across multiple living spaces: cook meals together in the fully stocked kitchen, hang out in the bright main living room, or settle into the cozy garden-level media room for movie nights and games.

And when the day winds down… the magic really kicks in. Step outside and gather around the glowing firepit, where kids roast marshmallows, grownups sip something warm, and everyone shares stories under the Western Carolina mountain sky. It’s the kind of slow, spark-filled moment families remember forever.

With room to relax, room to play, and room to be together, this home is the perfect backdrop for family adventures big and small.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room for 8 pp. the home is very clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to all the things and the kids loved the basketball hoop and all the fun in the basement. The owner was so great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend this home!

The hosts were great. Very helpful and informative regarding dining and entertainment options in the area. The house was very clean and tidy, and included everything we needed for our stay. The fire pit was great - definitely our favorite amenity. The game room was also a big hit.

Jenny’s place was perfect for our adult family stay. The house was very clean and modern with wonderful amenities like the beautiful backyard and deck. Covered parking for easy access. Wonderful finished basement with a large sectional and TV. Lovely ranch style home in an established quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this home for its easy access to Asheville sites.

Loved it!

This is a great house in a great location! The open floorplan is wonderful, it's very well appointed and has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable! The added basement space is so nice, but the outside amazing firepit is the best! We would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Absolutely Perfect

Family of 8 from age 7 to 74. Rooms for entire family, loved the fire pit and the ease to get from and to property. Communication with property manager was terrific. All questions answered swiftly. Only recommendation, not a complaint, would be to add a few extra hooks on the wall in the master bath. PS. The stars at night were fantastic!!! Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay - Would visit again

Exactly what you would expect from a Home-share rental. Well equipped with everything we needed and more. Sheets and towels super clean. Mattresses were all comfortable. Everything in working order. Hosts were very attentive. example: I asked about the availability of a particular appliance. It was not a necessary appliance and we were just curious if they had one. Host overnighted it via Amazon. Impressive.

I coach kids’ sports, volunteer in our community, and tinker with woodworking projects whenever I can. Between managing rentals, event production, and handyman work around Austin, hosting has become something we genuinely enjoy—it lets us create a comfortable, joyful space for families like ours.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love hanging out around the fire pit with a few cold drinks and good friends. Our kitchen is a great place to grow friendships though food. Our kids love the basketball court, backyard and the games in the media room. We all play ping pong, poorly, but have a great time. Being so close to downtown is great, we love the food and bar scene. The River Arts District is coming back strong and is still a great place to visit. Hiking trails and French Broad River access is close which gives us a great chance to enjoy the beauty of Western North Carolina.
