In the heart of Downtown Washington Missouri. Walking distance to everything. 3000 square feet!! Enough room for a large family or group of friends with room to spare. Close to wineries, shops, restaurants and the Missouri River. The two sofa sleepers are new with memory foam mattresses. All the other mattresses are brand new too. Nice outside patio with furniture and gas/charcoal grills to enjoy the fenced in back yard,

We love dogs! Dogs are allowed with some pretty simple requirements!!

We loved staying at the 3rd Street Inn for our daughter's wedding nearby. The home is really clean, welcoming and spacious for our guests. Gayle was especially responsive and helpful in planning our stay. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this house. There is plenty of social space to lounge together, and a great kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. Wish we could stay longer and if we visit Washington again I would stay here.

We booked for family during my daughter's nearby wedding. Everyone was very complimentary about accommodations! So much better than trying to spend time with family in a hotel! We were so happy to be able to bring our pup with us as well. Family friendly, clean, beautiful home!

Cozy home away from home!

House was very cozy and a great fit for our family. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the large family room for all of us to gather. Lots of comfortable seating for all too!

Prompt and helpful communication. Amazing home with so much room for 12 people. It had everything we needed and more! We all kept commenting we wish we had another day just to hang around the cozy house with a great set up! Gayle was an amazing host! We will definitely book with them again.

Great Weekend

House was immaculate centrally located nice rural type of community. We had a great time, lots of open space to sprawl out in. Beds were comfortable as was other furniture throughout the house. Definitely will be back.

Very comfortable

Its very spacious and was very comfortable for our girls trip. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was a very hot August weekend and the house stayed cool with a thermostat both downstairs and upstairs (all bedrooms are upstairs). Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place to stay

This house was by far one of the nicest my group of friends have ever stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. It's very roomy, extremely clean, nicely furnished with good furniture and tastefully decorated. Very close to downtown Washington and a short drive to local wineries just across the river. We will definitely use it again when we're staying in the area.

Perfect in every way...

You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their homes. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Owners went the extra mile to make our stay and arrivals smooth. Within walking distance of dinner and breakfast joints. Yeah!

Family gathering

Enjoyed the open gathering spaces in the house. The yard was great for the dogs to play. Stairs were a little challenging for older folks. Driveway was a bit narrow. Overall it was a very nice place.

Bachelorette slumber party

The house was a great location and beautiful. open area for kitchen and living room for girls not to be separated. The Master bedroom is amazing. All rooms were comfortable and roomy for all of us. Thank you for providing the perfect space for my daughter to end the day with her Bridal Party after visiting the local wineries.

Lovely home - spacious and convenient

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and had several extended family members with us. We had more than enough room for all 8 adults - and even better there was plenty of space in the open kitchen/living room for everyone to also be able to visit and spend time together. Gayle was lovely as well. Highly recommend!

What an amazing space! We had such a great time. The house had everything we needed. Lots of space, tables for eating, space for puzzles, for games, beds for sleeping, kitchen space for cooking, the lighting, everyone who walked in commented on not only how perfect it I was for us but also on how beautiful the colors were, the decorating was… we loved it! Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved the multiple living spaces so people could spread out if needed, but also liked the large living/kitchen area where we could all gather with no crowding. Gayle was very responsive to any questions we had. They also left a nice welcome basket with granola bars, popcorn, etc. Would definitely consider this place again if I was in the area with a large group.

Wedding weekend

We rented 2 houses from Gayle for a wedding in Washington, and it worked out beautifully! Both houses were spotlessly clean and wonderfully appointed. There were even some snacks and helpful information left for guests. This property has a large kitchen and family room and both houses met here to celebrate Mother's Day with a breakfast before we checked out on Sunday. We would absolutely recommend this property for others!

Property was perfect. Microwave didn't work and stove was very slow to heat. There is a small nail or something like that barely sticking up on the threshold between the dining room and the kitchen hallway. I only noticed it because I was barefooted.

Wonderful Gem of a Home

We were in Washington for our son's wedding. We needed pet friendly accommodations. This home turned out perfectly for our group. Great location for us. The home is very spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious and is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of closet space and sitting areas. The backyard was welcoming - wish we would have had more time to just hang out there. All f the rooms had great furniture, couches were all comfortable. Loved all the amenities provided. Gayle was very quick to reply to all my questions and very accommodating to our needs. The check in process was simple nd easy, all in house instructions were clear and easy to follow. Parking was never a problem. Would highly recommend this property.
