Private neighborhood with a boat launch just down the street! Close to dining restaurants accessible by boat! Just 60 minutes from Dallas and 35 minutes to Canton First Monday Trade Days!

I specialize in customizing your experience to make every stay a 5- star experience!

Walk into a clean, newly built home from the moment you enter! As you enter, the kitchen is to your right! It is stocked with everything you'll need, from grilling to hosting a meal! Beautiful dinnerware, crockpot, pots, pans, backing pans, electric skillet, ect.

The great downstairs room has an electric- remote controlled fireplace, use it for heat or no heat to set the mood! The room is filled with mid-century modern decor! Just a few steps away is the door to the back covered patio area, with a gas grill, small fridge, seating area and cornhole boards with a beautiful lake view!

Take a stroll down the paved walk way to the concrete seated firepit area or go a little farther to the dock with a party deck and enjoy the seating area with beautiful outdoor lighting and stunning sunsets!

Inside, you'll find a very spacious master suite with full bath! Upstairs, you'll find the other three rooms and full bathroom!

Perfect place to view eclipse

We had the pleasure of staying at Jennifer's property Firefly on Cedar Creek Lake, 166 Lowe St. Jennifer was wonderful at communicating with us before our journey. She answered all of our questions. The property was easy to find with our GPS. When arriving to the house it was super pretty. Everything looked just like the pics but better. There was a wonderful book with rules and info about the town. The house had great space. Rooms were big and all the beautiful decorations made it feel very comfortable and like home. The outside back had lawn games including a huge connect 4 game. The grill and outdoor mini fridge were wonderful. We really loved the deck above the boat. It is a great place to hang out. The kitchen was amazing and had all the stuff needed to make a meal without bringing all the cooking gear. We had great neighbors who was also renting. We all talked about how great this place was and how this will be somewhere we would like to return to. Jennifer was always available by text or phone and was excellent at responding to us. This house was definitely stocked with great appliances. Stove was a joy to cook our feast. The washer was wonderful with so many washing options. Bedrooms were great, the master bedroom had beautiful windows and door going to back deck. There were board games in the master bedroom. The bathroom shower was probably one of best parts of the master bedroom. The upstairs had 3 great bedroom, one room with the bunks was huge and had a lot of

Modern, Clean, and Beautiful!

We absolutely loved staying at Firefly! The house was pristine! It had everything we needed to cook, relax and hang out with our family and friends! The lake levels were super low, but obviously the host had nothing to do with that! Communication was easy, seamless and we will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable and Convenient

Great home. Lots of space and very comfortable. The outdoor area was great for our family and we loved the rooftop deck over the dock. Everything was super comfortable and the space is great for entertaining.

DONT hesitate — book it !

The property was AMAZING! Everything was just as pictured if not better. The house was very spacious & nicely decorated . If your looking for a spacious , kid friendly house .. THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU . Did I mention there was a lake ? Oh yeah it’s a lake house which was even better. The host Jennifer had great communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The only con was service was HORRIBLE. So if you’re looking for a getaway that’ll help you bond & openly communicate amongst yourselves— this is definitely the house for you!
