The property features 4 bedrooms + loft and 2.5 bathrooms with plenty of room to sleep 14 guests. Stunning views from the 2 story dock, 2 jet ski lifts, sandy beach, great fishing, amazing outdoor living space, large mature trees, fire pit, and kayaks. Ultimate fun for all!

The Space:
Welcome to our piece of paradise on Cedar Creek Lake! This serene lake front property sits directly on a quiet cove just around the corner from open water perfect for swimming, fishing, and pulling in and out water crafts with it's own private dock and two jet ski lifts.

Step inside to the stunning newly built home which has a desirable open concept perfect for gatherings allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a large mounted smart TV, cozy sectional and chair, family board games, and sliding doors that walks out to the large deck overlooking the backyard paradise and lake.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, bakeware, coffee bar, and small kitchen appliances. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the large breakfast bar, oversized dining room table with plenty of room for everyone!

*Complimentary regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sweetener, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.

The bright and airy master suite (sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the lake with sliding doors out to the back deck. A beautiful king-size canopy bed, large dresser, mounted smart TV, and highly rated mattress and sheets await you. Spa-like en-suite bathroom and closet with separate shower and double sinks.

There are 3 cozy guest bedrooms and an additional loft space for extra sleeping.

-Downstairs Guest bedroom 1 (sleeps 4) has a set of bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom bunk and twin size mattress on the top bunk, twin trundle mattress, desk with chair, and closet for storage.

-Upstairs Guest bedroom 2 (sleeps 4) has two queen size beds, a dresser for storage, walk-in closet, and book shelf.

-Upstairs Guest bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) overlooks the backyard and has a king size bed, large mounted smart TV, two night stands, a dresser for storage, and large walk-in closet.

-Upstairs loft area (sleeps 2) has a twin size day bed and twin size trundled bed, closet for storage, and fun foosball table.

A lovely guest bathroom is located off the loft space between the two upstairs bedrooms has a granite countertop, single sink with storage underneath, and combo bathtub/shower.

-The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.

*complimentary starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets included (4-5 pods and sheets).

-A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs off the front hallway and has a pedestal sink, mirror and toilet.

-The garage is converted to a bonus space with ping pong table, darts, and bar top bistro table and two stools. Paddles and ping pong balls are included.

The backyard oasis features large raised deck that extends across the back of the house and overlooks the backyard. The deck features a dining table and chairs with shaded umbrella. Stay in and cook with an outdoor BBQ grill (propane tank included) and fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows (complimentary starter smore's kit and firewood included). The 2-story dock has beautiful views of the water and skies. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole, bocce ball and Jenga to keep guests busy for hours on end! Two kayaks, and life jackets are available free of charge for guests to use. There a 2 electric jet ski lifts available and boat slip.

All 3 mounted Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your accounts on any of the TV’s.

Pontoon Boat Rental: Daily rentals are from 10am-7pm (sundown).
1 Day: $700 (includes first tank of gas).
+ Day: Half off any additional days!

Jet-ski Rental: Daily rentals are from 10am-7pm (sundown). We have 4 jet-skis for rental.
1 Day: $500 (includes first tank of gas).
+ Day: Half off any additional days!
Rent 2 or more jet-skis get $100 off 2-4th rental.

*Life jackets are available and are required on all watercrafts.
*Wetsuit pants are available upon request for jet-ski rentals.

The home is located within a short 10 minute drive to Main Street in Gun Barrel City which provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and nearby state parks.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on Cedar Creek Lake in the city of Mabank, Texas. The neighborhood is all single family homes. The homes are a mix of weekenders and full time residents.

Getting Around:
You can walk/bike around the neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, attractions. You are about 15 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are about 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!

Friendly pups are welcome (2 pet max). There is a $50 fee per pet. Depending on the booking channel, the pet fee is sometimes invoiced for after booking confirmation. Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in.

There is a 5 car max per reservation.


There is a 2020 Pontoon boat available Onsite for a daily rate of $700 (May 1-Sept 30), $600 (Oct 1- Apr 30).

We have 4 brand new jet skis available for rent. Daily rate is $600 (May 1-Sept 30), $500 (Oct 1- Apr 30).

Please reach out at least 72 hours prior to the time of your rental to ensure availability.

***Lake Level *** The lake is full this season! Lake levels can change weekly depending on seasons and lack of rainfall. Please reach out for an update on lake level if concerned. Boats and jet ski rentals are subject to weather and lake levels. We can not guarantee water craft rental at the time of your reservation.
