This is a beautiful 4-bedroom, home with 3.5 bathrooms a great outdoor area, and a large, private spa. If you're looking for a private quiet and away from any traffic a stylish three-bedroom home plus a separate one bed casita with a home office, easy freeway access and walking distance to Freedom Park, stores, gym and great restaurants, this is the place for you! Enjoy the desert's warm air, dry temperatures, sunny blue skies, open spaces and quiet nights, in our very modern and well-equipped home located in a gated upscale Palm Desert compound.

Our clean spacious home is tastefully designed with comfortable designer furniture, modern appliances and contemporary art. Pick a cd from our library or turn on Alexa to set your mood. At our Bar, pour yourself a drink with a freshly squeezed lemon plucked from our back yard and relax. You have arrived.
In all our bedrooms,, you will sleep deeply, quiet no road noise or traffic, comfortable beds, king (2), queen (1) and adjustable twin mattress’s (2). Shutters in all the rooms to block out the morning sun when you need to sleep in.
The master Bedroom is huge, with a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, large soaking bathtub and huge closet. The other full bathroom boasts a separate double sink/makeup vanity and shower/tub combination. The separate Casita is accessed from the front courtyard, freshly renovated with tile floors and modern bathroom with its own air-condition/heating unit.
The Wifi is always free and USB charging stations are placed throughout the home. There are four Smart TVs and a 55” screen in the living room that comes with complimentary HBO max/ Paramount and just recently, Disney. Spectrum cable as well Log into your personal account for Prime, or Netflix to chill and escape.

If you appreciate the art of cuisine, the kitchen is designed to make cooking and entertaining easy. A large island for preparing gourmet meals is at the center of a fully equipped kitchen that comes stocked with a coffee machine, French coffee press, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, air fryer, convection oven, chef’s knives, microwave, dishwasher and all-clad cookware. Bon Appetite!
Enter from the family or master bedroom and escape to the private welcoming backyard. Relax in the sun, as you watch the hummingbirds take nectar from the lemon tree listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfall that flows into the very large seasonally heated, spool. (A very large Spa that serves as a refreshing pool on those hot days). Enjoy some s’mores at the fire-pit or the outdoor bar while cooking dinner on the BBQ.
Back at your home away from home, private patios on both sides offer comfortable seating areas and al fresco dining beneath stunning sunsets and silent star filled nights. This is your time… enjoy it.

FAQ.
PETS- We allow one pet on a case by case basis. An extra pet charge applies. Guests agree to keep pets off the furniture, beds and shall not allow to enter the spa or have indoor bathing. Must pick up after their pets or a fee of $50.00 will apply.

LARGE SPA- The back yard is gated with out swing gates for safety. CHILDREN must be supervised at all times to avoid accidental injury or drowning. Do not leverage the door to stay open for obvious safety reasons.
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicle), driveway (2 vehicles).
ELECTRIC/GAS USAGE: We no longer provide a $150.00 credit against natural gas fees. Though we absorb costs for water and electricity, the costs for gas which supplies heating for the jacuzzi is paid by our guest per the gas costs/bill. ( I can provide a copy of the billing). You are not restricted on what temperature you keep the air-condition at. Note that 78 degrees air and 68 heat is recommended. Our very efficient dual zone AC will keep the house comfortable and cool at these temperatures and will also reduce your overage Electric charges. The spa is able to be heated to 102-103 within 1.5 hours. It is recommended you only heat as needed, the cost for heating 24/7 is high. the spa can comfortably seat 8 people, the natural waterfall generally cascades into the pool during the hours of 9-9 pm on a timer. timer can be re-set.
