Get Away from the stresses of daily life and relax on the tranquil West side of Lake Norman. Perfectly located right in the middle of the lake in Denver NC, with convenient access to restaurants and other necessities. Close enough to Charlotte and Mooresville to enjoy all they have to offer. The house has a spacious living room and lovely back porch for enjoying sunsets and lake activities. Large dock with table and chairs perfect for enjoying sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner on the upper tier. Located in a quiet cove with ample space to dock a boat with ease. Master bedroom has a great firm king bed with a private bathroom. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. Living room has ample room to take advantage of the supplied queen air mattress.
House is located approximately one mile from Little Creek Access Area making it convenient to launch and haul out boats. A washing machine and dryer are available in the master closet.
House is modest but comfortable and clean with great views in a large peaceful cove great for escaping the hustle and bustle of life.

Perfect place in Lake Norman, NC

Very nice house with plenty of space, great deck for relaxing and enjoying the view, well maintained dock to fish off of. The house is tucked in a quiet area with friendly neighbors, but just a few paddles in the kayak and you’re out on the beautiful open lake. We enjoyed staying in the cove right in front of the house and floating on our rafts and tubes, it’s a peaceful, quiet, relaxing spot, but you can get to the fast paced, more adventurous parts of the lake very easily right from the comfy cove. The house, yard, and lake were all very nice and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip. Todd was a great host, very accommodating, easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were exhausted when we got in and it was so nice not to have to go the store immediately because there were a few prepackaged snacks in the kitchen, toiletries and linens were all supplied along with life jackets and a kayak! I would 100% recommend booking this property, we plan to book again the future!

Beautiful quiet lake home

My husband and college age kids stayed at this lovely lake front home in early August. This was our first time to Lake Norman and we found everything to be just as described in the listing. We were able to keep our 21ft boat at the dock here easily (it was very close to the nearest public ramp), had plenty of room in the driveway to store our boat trailer, and really enjoyed spending most of our time on the open back deck with the lovely water and woodland wildlife views! The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The welcome gifts were a nice added touch! Todd was very responsive to any small needs that arose during our stay. We were very surprised at how little boat traffic was on the lake at this time of year. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay on the lake and will definitely stay here again for our next Lake Norman trip!

Peaceful lakefront experience

Spent 5 days at this house which is located on a Lake Norman cove. Had a perfect time relaxing with my family (wife and 2 older teens). Great communication with the owner, Todd. He also had a nice welcome gift and additional amenities that were a pleasant surprise upon arriving (gift card for brewery, basic toiletries, tons of towels. etc). The house has all the basics and is in good condition. We brought an air mattress to allow our son to sleep in the living room and my daughter had the 2nd bedroom. A great value option to a full 3BR house. The house was perfect size with wonderful outdoor sitting options. A large covered deck attached to the house with ceiling fan and very comfortable chairs. Also a covered dockside area with a 4 seat table and 2 adirondack chairs. There was a grill that we used multiple times as we prefer to eat in. This house and location made us not want to leave to got to a restaurant anyways! Kitchen was very well stocked with cookwear and grill utensils. Very nice views from the kitchen and living room to the lake cove. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful the entire time we were there. We also rented a pontoon boat for 3 days and were able to dock it right at the house. Super convenient and made it a perfect experience. Would highly recommend.

Amazing homestead

My and my fiance took his 79 year old mother for her 80th bday. We all had fun. The fishing was amazing and the cove is so quiet that we could just in amd not worry about boat traffic. We paddle boarded and kayak ed. The house has EVERYTHING that u would need on vacation. The neighbors we super nice and we did get to pet a deer. Theer are everywhere. There ars some cute diners close by with some amazimg food. I would totally recommend for anyone with kods, elderly people etc. We had a blast!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property. We also brought our 24 FT boat with us, which fit perfectly on the dock. You will love spending time on the deck drinking your morning coffee listening to birds and watching deer. We were able to catch beautiful sunsets from the back deck, as well. The residence was immaculate upon our arrival, and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our host was easily available, and a pleasure to work with throughout our booking. You will not be disappointed staying at this lovely lake house!

Great stay

Our stay was great. The neighborhood and location of the house is very nice. The house itself is comfortable and has everything you would need for a good vacation. The location of the house in the quiet cove is awesome. The kids played in the water non-stop without having to worry about being run over by boats. It’s a great little rental. Highly recommend.
