This three-bedroom two full bath, two floor, corner penthouse unit has unbelievable views from both decks. Being the end-unit, this has lots of windows to view the lake from. View the lake and all its sports activities right from the deck off the living room or from the top deck off the loft. Unit has a full kitchen, laundry facilities and a large living room. . Boat and jet ski rentals are nearby. Complex is one of a very few on the lake with an elevator. Also has an outdoor community pool with gas grill and griddle for your use. Condo is 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC. Near the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Carowinds amusement park. Enjoy live music when the 2 restaurants below have their musicians playing if in season. Large couch to nap or sleep on up on loft deck. The Marina is not associated with the complex. Ask about our long-term rental discounts.

We loved it here! There were just the two of us so we had plenty of space in the three bedroom two bath condo. On Sunday days, we sat outside on one of two balconies to read and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great location for us since we have relatives nearby. The host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here. There is a very good Cuban restaurant on the premises.

Our Family Vacation

Great stay in Mooresville on Lake Norman.Condo was beautiful and as represented.Location can't be beat.We would definitely rent this unit again for future vacations.

First the host was amazing I can’t say enough about Jim. He was helpful in every way. Left binders with all the info you would need when staying at someone’s house. The house location was perfect for everything we had planned. House was very comfortable as well. We loved every moment. He set the bar so high so now if he’ll have me, I’d like to stay here every time I come to lake Norman.

Awesome stay

The condo accommodation were outstanding and Jim was amazing helping us find our way around. The condo location is great and very accessible to many restaurants and grocery stores. Lastly the view of the lake is beautiful!

Very nice place

The size of the condo was perfect for our family. The onsite pool wasn’t crowded and the residents were very pleasant. We found a local beach at Jetton Park my kids really enjoyed. If we return to lake Norman, we’d definitely come back here.

Winter Getaway

We decided to get out of the cold snow of the north, and head south. This condo is in an excellent location, right on the water. It's close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The condo was well maintained and equipped. There were only two of us, but this condo could accommodate 6 with ease. The winding staircase to the second floor loft was unique and having two balconies overlooking the water was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse on Lake Norman

Great place! Our first waterfront penthouse! Condo was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed from home. Everything! Plenty of dishes, soap, cleaning supplies, utensils, towels, Knick knacks; chairs were comfortable, cable TV, and OH the view! Private balcony from the master bedroom and a rooftop balcony as well! Jim was fantastic throughout the rental process. Didn’t need a thing! And Lake Norman is a secret paradise north of Charlotte, great shops and eats, boating on the Lake was relaxing. And the city is about 20 minutes away; use the Express Lanes to bypass the traffic!We’d definitely go back and stay again. Thanks again Jim! Great vacation, we honestly didn’t want to leave…

Beautiful condo with beautiful view!

The condo is in a great location, is clean & very nice, & had everything we needed. The views from the condo are beautiful (top floor). The elevator is just down the hall from the unit, not far. The beds are comfortable. There are 2 wonderful restaurants on the grounds, nice pool, & Jim is great to work with. We will stay again! Thanks!

Amazing - all things

Everything about our stay was amazing starting with the communication with the owner. Immediately responsive throughout our stay with all the answers to questions and great recommendations for the area. The condo is perfectly appointed with great amenities to make a fantastic stay. The best of which are the views from the two balconies. Amazing sunrises and sets (and a full moon rise for us) over the lake that can even be enjoyed from inside with all the large windows on two sides. Add a great kitchen with all the needs, an huge couch for many to watch TV, very comfy beds and fabulous water pressure, and all so clean. Can't beat the location with two really good restaurants on site and a brewery less than a mile away. We had an amazing stay at an amazing place and we cant wait to go back!!

Great Accommodations, Better Location!!!

This property offered all we could ask for and so much more. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious, open floor plan, this unit offers all of the comforts of home while also being conveniently located adjacent to two delicious restaurants (both of which offer live entertainment multiple nights per week). Furthermore, the property is located just a mile off I-77 and a very short drive from Brawley School Rd and 150 where you can find any shops, restaurants, etc you may need in Mooresville. The kids enjoyed the pool and the two decks overlooking the lake offered a peaceful and relaxing place to start and end your day. Jim is a wonderful host and he kindly pointed us to some of his favorite restaurants in the area as well as alerting us of a nice free live concert going on over in Denver while we were in town. The next time we plan to stay in the Lake Norman area, this place will be at the very top of our list and Jim will be our first call.
