Wonderful!

As we stepped into the front door, we could not only see the magnificent ocean but were blown away by the cleanliness and modern beachy decor of this condo. There were numerous supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner and cleaning items. Also we found a few treats in the refrigerator which helped after a long flight. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We stopped by a local "Food Center" just to pick up breakfast and some lunch items. We walked over to Bolongo Beach resort several nights for dinner at "Iggy's" and found the food very good. Plus they have live entertainment. You do need to rent a car. The complex is right on the ocean but there's no beach. There are three pools on site and the best one is right next to the condo with cliffside views. We explored the island and went to a different beach everyday. There are "camp chairs" (the kind you take to your kid's soccer game) in the closet but found them too bulky and heavy to carry to some of the remote beaches we found. It would have been nice to have some lightweight beach chairs and an umbrella (just a suggestion). The condo complex does have a gym but we weren't allowed to use it since we weren't owners. Do take a day trip and go over to St. John's. It's a 20 minute ferry ride and hike to Honeymoon Beach. It's absolutely gorgeous. I can't thank Karen, the owner, and esp. Xaverie for taking care of all our needs and requests. Xaverie was a gem!

Breathtaking Ocean Front View

I highly recommend this property !! It is just lovely and Xaverie the host was just exemplary and helpful throughout the booking and and my stay . There were welcome snacks and drinks. She was friendly and always easy to reach by phone. She sent detailed notes for checking in and out. Having a lockbox was very convienient. The condo is literally RIGHT on the ocean on the third floor. The condo has one of the best layout for the size. It is bright and freshand sooo relaxing. The air-conditioning keep the quality of the air and humidity at optimum. It is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked . Be sure to check in first before going convenient. The bath towels were plush with nice beach items . I did not get one mosquito bite. The BEST part was the comfortable bed. It was just an immaculate experience . There is a washer/dryer which helped to keep things clean and fresh . I would definitely consider this condo for my next trip. The hill to the property has a mild incline so a car is highly recommended. There are 2 restaurants nearby and the food was great. The unit has designated parking but it was occupied . The residents / staff workers was SUPER friendly with every encounter. There was no haggle as to parking despite parking in closest available. It has a state of the art shower and lots of options with directional jets. It was a game changer for a relaxing shower . Lots of replacement supplies for bathroom needs. Please take care of this beautiful home. The owner clearly thought of everything to ensure a great stay. I am soo thankful that a beautiful place was available. Charmaine
