Crosslake Rental! Great location in town and on chain with hot tub!!!!!!

Cozy cabin located centrally on the chain on Island Lake and close to all the amenities in Crosslake. Cabin is located on a dead end residential road with neighboring cabins on each side. Public boat launch is less than a mile away. Cabin is set up on a hill with a great view and stairs that lead you down to the sandy shoreline where there is a dock to tie your boat up. There was a new sandbox added by the lakeshore in spring of 2023. Swim from the sandy shore, fish from the dock, boat to one of the many restaurants or bike into town for ice cream and mini golf. There is also a golf course in town for the big kids too! We are close to walking paths and the community center which offers lots for everyone including: indoor/outdoor pickelball, shuffle board, indoor/outdoor basketball court, playgrounds, baseball fields, disc golf, fenced dog park, cross country ski trials, exercise gym, tennis courts, sledding hill, ice skating, and more. You can ride from the cabin which is close to local ATV and snowmobile trails. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub or fire pit to warm up. Play a game of ping-pong in the garage or one of the many board games. Plenty to do for the whole family! Cabin set up: Room to sleep 16. It is a rambler with the master bedroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is a 1/2 bath upstairs off of the mudroom. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and twin bunk beds and a door that leads to the lakeside patio under the deck. There is also a room that was used as a small office that we turned into a cozy bedroom which has a double bed. The third bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds and a trundle bed that has two single beds. There is another bathroom downstairs that has a walk-in shower. The basement family room has a sectional couch with a double size pull-out, and a door that leads to the patio under the deck. The mechanical room in the basement has a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator. And one of the upstairs sitting rooms has a futon that folds down to a double size. The upstairs dining area has a door that leads out to the lakeside deck that also has a grill. The hot tub is located under the deck where there are lights and a sitting area. Walk a few steps down to the fire pit area. There are about 15 steps down to the lake. The cabin has a driveway that can park about 10 cars tightly. There is also additional parking across the road if needed. Two pets are allowed under 50 lbs. Anything above 50 lbs needs to be approved. The pet fee is $75.00 per pet per stay. We provide hand soap, laundry soap, and dish soap. We do not provide body soaps, shampoo, or conditioner. Please note during winter months the driveway will be plowed. We do not use salt due to possible lake contamination. The walkways, deck, and patio can get icy. There will be shovels if needed to clear walkways, deck and patio. We do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties.
