Cedar Point of View is a completely remodeled home (2022) featuring panoramic views of beautiful Burt Lake and amazing sunsets! Numerous 5 star stay reviews received from other home rental sites. This vacation home is located on Burt Lakes' Cedar Point in a tucked away neighborhood and is 5 minutes from Exit 313 on I-75. Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac City, Nub's Nob, and Boyne Highlands are all located within 30 minutes. Cedar Point of View is ideal for all water sports activities, golf trips, fishing or just taking in the beautiful sites of northern Michigan.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath home is 1,400 sq. ft and includes an all-season sunroom with additional sleeping space. New premium memory foam beds and bedding throughout (2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin daybeds with trundles). Other features include new furnishings throughout, dock, mooring buoy, on-demand water heater, washer/dryer, new furnace, AC, water filter, generator, deck, backyard, and more.

Minimum 7-night stay during June, July, and August (Check in/out on Fridays). All other months require 3-night minimum stay.

Very warm and welcoming home right on beautiful Burt Lake. The finishes of what appears to be a recently updated home are very well done. Six good sized beds and a comfortable family room with good sized tv made for watching colllege football easy. The deck overlooks Cedar Point and the dock is western facing for great sunsets. Quiet neighborhood with lots of deer to spot. You can’t go wrong with this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed, with a well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use appliances, space for indoor and outdoor games, and direct access to the lake. We were in the lake every day and were able to rent kayaks for the week and a pontoon boat for a day, which worked well for us. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with; checking in and out was a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Immaculate property that was everything as advertised and then some. Well appointed, well designed floor plan with VRBO guests in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our week, and would rent this property again.

This rental is absolutely amazing! The house is very clean and has everything you need for a week vacation on Burt lake. The host, Kim, is very attentive with any needs you may have. We had a great family vacation and would love to rent again!

Great getaway!

This place was a perfect house to vacation at for 7 days- with in 30 minutes to a number of places- Petoskey- great place for shopping and walking around, Cheboygan - caught a fishing charter and limited out on Lake Trout with MFM, visited St Igance and Mackinac Island, rented a boat from Indian Marina and visited Lake Mullet and Burt Lake, golfed 18 holes at Indian River Golf Course- so beautiful, and visited many restaurants with in driving distance all week. This house was clean, roomy, and very well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Very comfortable beds and great set up for enjoying the deck and having bonfires. Gorgeous sun sets!! The owner was always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed- I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great spot for a lake vacation!

We liked the cottage from the moment we walked in for our week-long stay. It is so tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We did some cooking and found the kitchen to have all the dishware and pans we needed. We spent a lot of time on the boat that we rented. Burt Lake is just gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting in the yard for the early evening sun and dining at the outdoor table. The cottage is less than 10 minutes from the grocery and shopping/restaurants in Indian River, so we were in and out of town a lot, which was fun. We slept well at night…the beds were super comfortable!

Perfection

Absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean home on beautiful Burt Lake. Very well stocked with everything you may need. Full of little touches that sets it apart from other rentals. From a fresh bar of soap in every shower to lots of extra soft blankets, the owners obviously put a lot of thought and care into this home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An absolutely beautiful stay on Burt Lake.

Absolutely beautiful rental. Super clean and practically brand new. Walk down to the dock and enjoy the sunset on Burt Lake. Easy to get to Indian River to enjoy an ice cream cone or head into Topinabee for lunch at Breakers.

This cottage will not disappoint ! Beautifully organized & furnishings top notch. The owner has paid attention to every detail… truly wants you to have wonderful memories.
