We have visited Fernandina several times and Sunrise Escape condo was the best we have stayed in. It was clean and equipped with anything you might need...coffee maker, hair dryer, laundry facilities, beach towels, wifi, and so much more. Our very favorite part was the fabulous balcony. It was so roomy and with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay and so much of the balcony furniture got wet, but we were still able to spend quality out there listening to the waves and watching the sun come up and set. The location was close to some good restaurants and not far from the downtown area. Also, the complex is smaller than a lot of the others which was fine with us. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator worked well...thank goodness! The master bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with a large TV to enjoy while relaxing in bed. I really can't say enough about this condo. If we go back to Fernandina, we will definitely try to book Sunrise Escape. There is one suggestion I might make to future renters...if you are like my husband and have a favorite toilet tissue, I would suggest you bring it:)

Stacy, Jaime, Dustin....we really enjoyed the 402 location.For the price, there are some things that could make it better.It needs a deep cleaning, especially baseboards and chair rails. The water dispenser on the refrigerator needs repair. It dispenses tooooslowly and and numbers are wrong. There is no good knife to chop vegetables.There are no margarita glasses. The dishwasher is screaming for Finish or some other brand of rinse aid.The vacuum needs to be checked. It just blew dirt all over. They are some things that would make it more comfortable. The new door lock Dustin installed was a blessing to our arthritic fingers.🤗

Beach trip 2025

This was our first time in this unit and we were very happy with it! It had whatever we could need in the kitchen and loved the large shower in the main bathroom. We wish there was still hightop furniture on the balcony so we can see over the railing ti enjoy the view but it didn't deter us from it either way! Can't wait to come back next year!

This unit has an amazing view. The balcony was a bit crowded with padded furniture and rugs which were soaked from heavy rains. The indoor space was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and provided adequate towels. The kitchen had everything we needed except that advertised starter serving of coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect!

My elderly parents are in an Assisted Living facility in Fernandina, so I can't stay with them when I visit from Virginia. I want to rent a place I can easily bring my parents to, so they can see the ocean, and I can cook for them. This unit was ideal; there is an elevator, there is plenty of space for wheelchairs & walkers, the kitchen is well equipped, and the whole place is immaculate. The view is outstanding!

Quiet building. Great location

Had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and very quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy the oceanfront view. Management company is top notch, very considerate of them to check on us after a power outage. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and consider it one of our best times away. The view of the beach/ocean was beautiful. The neighborhood and building were very quiet. Great location for any shopping, dining out, or entertainment. The condo was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. The owners have equipped the place above and beyond what is needed for comfort, cooking, or relaxing on the beach. We usually stay at a place only once, but will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Front Condo!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this roomy beach front condo. Waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean and having our morning coffee on the balcony was nothing short of amazing. Yes, we saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our many meals, comfortable bed and nice linens, WiFi was great, and smart tvs allowed us to easily stream. Cudos to Stay Better Vacations for creating such an inviting space - from the moment we walked in we were in vacation mode! You were so easy to book with. We didn’t want to leave… but we will be back!!

New Years

We had a great long weekend at the property. Awesome direct view of the ocean, moonrise/sunrise. Property was very clean, slightly dated but not offensive. Nice balcony with adequate seating, we did notice a knocking sound with the water pipes after we turned off the kitchen and master bathroom water faucets. But overall we had a great stay.

A fabulous place to stay in Amelia Island along the beach

This nicely decorated, comfortable condo is a wonderful place to stay! Large balcony so the sea is right outside the living room and master bedroom. Close to downtown Amelia Island and so nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. What separates this place from the rest is that it’s on the top floor (4th). From this floor you can see over the sand dune below. If you stay in a first floor condo on Amelia Island, the sea is right there but you can’t see it because of the dune. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Worth every penny.

Representing a Brand...

What brand? The fine art of making guests feel like they are at home! The excellence of hospitality was beyond my expectations of a beach getaway! For starts, I can't express my gratitude for the availability of cable connected to every tv! I was able to enjoy my favorite shows after dinner, just as I would at home. Upon arrival, the soft, summertime music playing in the living room captivated me, what a welcome! Not to mention the unobstructed view of the ocean from every window! Very clean, tastefully decorated with a mix of different patterns, textures, and styles. The box fan REALLY made it feel like home! Stacey, Jaimee, and Pam were EXCEPTIONAL with the communication via text and email! Ladies, you all answered every question I had, before I had a chance to ask! You blessed my Type A personality! This property is a winner in every way, no reason to contemplate whether you should stay!

402 Ketch Courtyard

We were so happy with this property! It was exactly like the picture showed which is not always the case. We loved the location and ease of getting around. Also, the rental company did an amazing job with communication.

Great condo

Everything here was great. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome views. Well equipped. And not having to do check out housekeeping is really quite nice. Definitely will return to this location.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our week at this condo so much! The condo was clean and just as advertised. We had everything we needed and so close to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean and watching the two bunnies and two turtles that live in the sandy area between the building and the beach. We saw them every day! The location is close to restaurants and not very far from the historic downtown area that we also loved! The power went out on the island the last night we were there and was off for hours. The property management was in contact with us the entire time. Finally at 9 pm when it was still out, we decided to drive for a couple of hours since we were leaving the next morning anyway. I had a load of clothes in the washer when the power went out and we couldn't get it open. We left them thinking that was the end of it. Sunday, I let them know about the clothes and they dried them and mailed them to us! We had them by Wednesday! I only have 2 small negative things to say. The little sofa is not comfortable in the living room, and the balcony is a little crowded with furniture. But these things are not a big deal to us because we've already booked it again for late September. Thanks to the ladies at Stay Better Vacations for being awesome!

Loved the location

The property was easy to access. I was impressed and appreciated the commutation from the property owners during our stay. The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed watching some rabbits and turtle in the dunes from our balcony. The beds were all comfortable. Having the washer and dryer in the unit always comes in handy. There was an air fryer in the pantry and that impressed me. I would come back to stay here.
