SOUTHERN EXPOSURE at Amelia By The Sea is a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath TOP FLOOR, END UNIT on the beach with an attractive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the balcony while waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the family friendly beaches of Amelia Island. The Master bedroom has a KING size bed, a Smart TV, a work space with a desk and a chair, and direct access to the balcony with magnificent view of the pool and private fishing pier. The updated tiled Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom also has an updated tub/shower and vanity. Blackout curtains in the living room and the master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully furnished with updated cabinets and granite countertops. WI-FI throughout the unit. Washer and Dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the private 800 ft long fishing pier. It is available to our guests; NO FISHING LICENSE is required to fish from this fishing pier.

Amelia By The Sea is a gated community and includes a large swimming pool, a barbeque area, and a tennis and pickle ball court. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Guests are allowed two vehicles per unit with the parking permit visible at all times. Codes to access the unit, parking lot and the beach will be provided on the day of arrival.

Amelia Island has something to offer everyone. Fernandina Beach on the north end of the island is home to thriving artist community ranging from musicians to painters, sculptors, photographers to performance artists. The Island also has plenty of options for the outdoor enthusiasts such as golf, fishing, horse-back riding and kayaking. Nature and history buffs will enjoy a day at Fort Clinch. Central Park is a good place to join others for Tennis, Pickleball or Petanque.

We had a beautiful ocean view. The pool is really large and very clean. The room was clean and it was equipped nicely with amenities such as laundry detergent, nice appliances, granite counters, beach items, and much more. The room is very spacious.

We absolutely loved this condo at Amelia by the sea. The owners are very receptive and always responded to any question or concern. The view is incredible. The condo is very well appointed. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. The pool area was exceptional. The beach was very quiet and beautiful. We would love to come back again. Excellent place to stay. Well, taken care of and clean.

Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! It has a great view of the ocean, which is what my mother in law wanted. The furnishings were great! The hostess even had body wash and shampoo/conditioner available in large bottles in the bathrooms. The small things like that were noticed. All the appliances were up to par and in cabinets, not left out on the counter…which I appreciate! Our only complaint was that it was rather warm in the bedrooms, especially with the doors closed. We just chalked it up to being on the top floor. There was one small fan in one of the bedrooms that could have been used. We will definitely be back…we just may bring our own fan for the master bedroom. Overall, a wonderful, quiet stay on a very busy Shrimp Festival and Jr/Sr Weekend.

Girls Trip !!

This unit is amazing ! My friends and I came to Amelia Island for a girls trip to relax and unwind. What a fun island!!!! We highly recommend staying in this beautiful unit. It has prfect views and with it being the corner unit, it is in the perfect location! All the basic supplies are provided and Bill and Jennifer are readily available for any help or suggestions needed. We were so glad to get to meet them. We would definitely return in the future. There are so many things to do and see on Amelia Island. We enjoyed several different restaurants and enjoyed the downtown area shops, taverns andjust taking in the beauty. We took a twilight river cruise with live music which was so much fun. mucmmfutheproperty.

Friends Gathering

Great location to relax and enjoy the ocean and surrounding places to visit. Ferdinanda was a quaint town with much to do and great eateries!

Nice location, nice place, nice hosts

The check-in process is very easy, with good instructions. The hosts are wonderful and they replied very quickly to my questions.The place is really nice, being a corner unit you get an extra window on the south side, which makes all the difference in the World (believe me, I've seen other apartments). The property has everything you can possibly need and more, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathrooms, W&D, dishwasher, coffee machine with filters AND ground coffee (there is no coffee grinder, so if you want to grind your own coffee in the morning bring your own grinder). The location is everything, and the place is on the beach, with a private pool and clubroom. We had a great time and we strongly recommend Jen and Bill's property

Bill and Jen’s condo is really Amelia By The Sea!

The condo is really what it was described on VRBO plus more! Top corner , best view of the ocean and all the amenities the place has to offer. It is very clean, updated and very very beautiful. The hosts responded quickly for anything that we need to learn . They are accommodating and even gave us interesting places to go . We will visit their place again! What an amazing place!

The property was wonderfully maintained. It was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The parking was tight, but we managed to always find a spot. The elevators were a great bonus. They, however are a bit small on check out days. Which is to be expected. We will definitely make a return trip.

First Vacation to Amelia Island

The view is amazing. There was really anything you needed such as shampoo/ Conditioner, cotton balls etc. The host was easy to get in touch with! We enjoyed our stay.

Great view

Very comfortable well equipped condo. The views were amazing. Loved deck overlooking ocean for morning sunrise and coffee and afternoon shade and view. Great location. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. It was our first time on Amelia Island and we hope to be back.

Wonderful stay

The 2 bathrooms were great. Property was very clean. The view was fantastic! I appreciated that the sofa was firm and comfortable. Coffee and creamer were provided, along with many spices. The communication with the owners was excellent. I would stay here again.

Spectacular ocean view

My husband and I spent ten days here during Thanksgiving. This is our fourth visit to Amelia Island, and it's the best place we've stayed at. The location is great; and the view is spectacular. The condo is very bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped (we had everything we need to make Thanksgiving dinner). The king-size bed was very comfortable. There are tennis and pickleball courts. Jen and Bill were great hosts.

Fun and chill girlfriend getaway

The condo was perfect for the group of us down in Amelia Island for a ZOOMA race weekend. The view from the condo as soon as you open the front door just takes one’s breath away. Being in the top corner unit is a perk! Condo had everything we needed and was close to all we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Definitely would go back.

Girls getaway

The view was breathtaking when we opened the door we automatically went to the balcony. The property being secured made us ladies feel safer. It was clean and very comfortable. Property owners were very helpful with what we needed.
