The Master bedroom has a KING size bed, a Smart TV, a work space with a desk and a chair, and direct access to the balcony with magnificent view of the pool and private fishing pier. The updated tiled Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom also has an updated tub/shower and vanity. Blackout curtains in the living room and the master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully furnished with updated cabinets and granite countertops. WI-FI throughout the unit. Washer and Dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the private 800 ft long fishing pier. It is available to our guests; NO FISHING LICENSE is required to fish from this fishing pier.

Amelia By The Sea is a gated community and includes a large swimming pool, a barbeque area, and a tennis and pickle ball court. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Guests are allowed two vehicles per unit with the parking permit visible at all times. Codes to access the unit, parking lot and the beach will be provided on the day of arrival.

Amelia Island has something to offer everyone. Fernandina Beach on the north end of the island is home to thriving artist community ranging from musicians to painters, sculptors, photographers to performance artists. The Island also has plenty of options for the outdoor enthusiasts such as golf, fishing, horse-back riding and kayaking. Nature and history buffs will enjoy a day at Fort Clinch. Central Park is a good place to join others for Tennis, Pickleball or Petanque.
