Please note: the lower-level unit may be occupied during your stay. While the units can be rented separately or together, they are not connected internally.

Gather around in the inviting living room, where a luxurious sectional comfortably seats 4–5 guests, complemented by additional lounge seating. A 50" Smart TV is ready for you to log into Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, or Amazon Prime, while high-speed WiFi supports seamless streaming, gaming, or remote work. For a cozy evening in, a selection of card games is also provided for game nights with friends or family.
Dining Room:
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area offers a stylish space to enjoy meals or casual cocktails. The large dining table comfortably seats six guests. A full coffee bar invites you to brew the perfect cup with options including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over setup — complete with an assortment of coffee, creamer, and sugar. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
