History:
Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Though compact, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample granite counter space, and all the essentials to cook at home. There isn’t a separate dining area, but a large island with barstools for two serves as a convenient and cozy spot to enjoy meals.
