Enjoy the amenities PebbleCreek community has to offer, including 3 pools, multiple tennis and pickleball courts, fitness and activity centers, and 3 golf courses (rounds of golf at additional fees). Community amenities are $25 per stay, charged as a service fee during the quote calculation.

Home has been recently remodeled. Garage parking with additional parking in driveway with purchase of a community parking permit. Private putting green, covered patio, comfortable lawn furniture, gas grill, umbrella, table and chairs, fenced/privacy wall in back yard makes it easy to simply relax and enjoy your stay. You have access to 2 Schwinn bicycles, tennis and pickleball rackets for activities within the community.

Electric 2-passenger golf cart available for an additional fee of $13.50 per day. Must be rented the entire rental period. If interested, please contact host directly for details.

Perfect Accomodations

A great place to stay while visiting PC. The owners were very nice and the property has everything you need indexed so it's easy to find things! My friends and I really enjoyed the putting green.

Wonderful Senior Retreat

Stumbled across a one month listing in a community where family had a winter home. Perfect opportunity to enjoy warmer weather and catch up with family. Home was well organized and appointed. Owners were excellent in communicating and we had zero issues during our stay. Active community where we enjoyed the fitness center, pickleball, onsite concerts, restaurant, and golf. Would love to return sometime!

Great stay with family

We had a great stay in Goodyear AZ visiting family. The house location was perfect and close to family. Very nice amenities. House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Quiet Home

We stayed here for three months while construction on our home was completed. The home is beautifully furnished and appointed. Very quiet location with a secure private back yard set up to relax and entertain. Linda and Larry were amazing hosts and very prompt to resolve any issues or questions we may have had. The location and amenities in PebbleCreek can’t get any better.

40 Days in Pebble Creek

Everything we needed was at this VRBO, PLUS a resort-like backyard that was very peaceful in the evenings to relax and listen to the orchestra of birdsongs in the area from all of the doves, hummingbirds and other birds in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by all the bunnies and birds in the neighborhood. The neighborhood dog park on the other side of the community gave our dog her routine daily outing and we even made some friends there during our stay. The home was well appointed with all of the gear for swimming and pool floats, pickleball, tennis, etc. for all of the recreational activities offered by the community (although we did not use except for borrowing some golf clubs). The interior of the home was stylishly updated, with extra linens and towels a larger family might need. If there is anything I could complain about, it is that the master bedroom faces west so it seemed to get hotter than the rest of the house in the evenings and the thermostat is regulated at 76 at night, so there were some nights we slept only under 1 sheet with the ceiling fan on high and even that seemed too hot. I realize no home is perfect, so this was a small price to pay for the rest of the accomodations the home offered, but may pose a problem for those with sleep apnea or trying to sleep with a c-pap machine. Except for a few hotter nights, we did not have any trouble sleeping since the master bed was so comfortable. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our time in this comfortable, pretty home and backyard! The owner was a wonderful communicator and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this rental home to anyone wanting to experience all that Pebble Creek has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The house is nicely decorated and the backyard is beautiful. The owners are very responsive. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect spot!

This house had everything, and I mean everything, we needed to make our month-long stay enjoyable. It was clean, decorated beautifully, and in a beautiful gated neighborhood. The hosts see extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!
