This vacation rental is sure to please!

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
As our guest, you will enjoy the traditional outdoor living experience you expect on your Arizona vacation. The backyard oasis features a heated swimming pool and spa, gas firepit, outdoor BBQ station, and lush landscaping. Relax by the pool while listening to the desert breeze blow through the palm trees.

THE INDOOR SPACES
Need some downtime? No problem, this spacious home has 3 large bedrooms 2.5 baths, a formal dining room, game room with pool table, and an extremely comfortable bonus room with 65” HDTV perfect for movie nights or game time! The Primary bedroom features a spa like bathroom with large shower and soaking tub, two separate vanities and a spacious walk in closet. The guest rooms also offer plenty of space as well and share a full bath, Jack n Jill style providing privacy from the main house where there is an additional half bath. There are four large flat screen TV’s in the house including one in the master bedroom and one in the king bed guest room, each with free Netflix and Hulu.

THE KITCHEN
The large fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with double ovens, electric cooktop and oversized island is the perfect place to gather while preparing meals, sharing a bottle of wine and planning the next days adventure.

ACTIVITIES
When you're ready for some outdoor adventure, you won't have far to go! If golf is on your list, this house is located in the Palm Valley golf community featuring a 27 hole Phil Mickelson designed golf course, clubhouse and practice facility. The famous Wigwam Golf Resort is also only 2 miles away which has three 18 hole courses. There are 7 more courses less than 15 minutes away.

Not a golfer? Not a problem…..Westgate Entertainment and Shopping District, Desert Diamond Casino, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, and Safari Park, Estrella State Park and Star Tower, White Tank Regional Park and Top Golf are only 15 minutes away. The Goodyear community park is also close by with playgrounds, tennis courts, a skatepark and splashpads!

Lets not forget Spring Training, catch your favorite MLB teams including the Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox whose spectacular training facilities are all less than 10 miles away! Cancellations 15 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive 50% refund. Any cancellations make less than 7 days before check-in will not get a refund.
