Frank was great at first. He communicated with us in the lead up to our stay, providing the door code and even notifying us we could arrive early. After a 3 hour drive, we arrived at the property with our young kids around 5pm on Monday and left by 7:30pm the same day due to issues with cleanliness. The final straw was attempting to clean up the issues ourselves - as we were vacuuming the floors, it became clear this was not acceptable considering we paid Frank over 900 to rent the condo. We messaged Frank about the issues and that we were leaving the condo and he did not respond. Nothing - no apology or attempt to resolve the issues or even acknowledgement of our final message. No communication. Further we have not received any communication since we left that Monday. Let's discuss each room - in the bedroom, there were clothes and personal items (including a tooth brush) behind the beds, crumbs on the bedroom dresser, a large picture frame on the floor, hair and bugs on the floor, marks on the walls, and the air return vent was dirty. In the bathroom, there was hair on top of and around the toilet, ceiling tiles were stained, and the vent was dirty. In the kitchen, the counters needed to be wiped down, food residue on the cabinets and in the fridge. In the living room, there was dirt, sand, and dust bunnies. There was limited lighting throughout the condo. Needless to say this was an awful experience for us and we strongly caution other people against this rental.
