This 5th floor Ocean View Condo is Located Inside of the Popular Mali Kai Condominiums. It is a half Block ( 1 minute walk) to the Wildwood Board Walk and Beach! Fully Equipped Brand New Kitchen, Bedroom that sleeps 4, and living room with new couch and blow up mattress that sleeps up to 3 more. Guests have access to the Pool, Baby Pool, 3rd Floor Deck Area, Multiple Grills for cook outs and plenty of chairs to lounge in and kick back. The Unit comes with 1 parking pass. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores also in walking distance. After each stay the entire condo will be professionally cleaned and sanitized . All you need to do is show up, park and have a great time!
(We do ask guests to please bring own towels/linens)

Great place!

We loved the place, plenty of room & enjoyed the location. Everyone in the complex was so friendly! It’s a very quiet area & so close to the beach & boardwalk. We would definitely return!

Adorably decorated

My mother and I wanted a mini vacation and this place was perfect. Room was in a great location being able to see the boardwalk and ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was adorably decorated and made you feel right at home. Frank was very accommodating and answered any questions very prompt 10 out of 10 would stay again!!!

Great place!

We booked Frank’s condo for our mother. The location couldn't be anymore perfect. Was close to all her kids / grandkids who had rented various condos in the general area. The beach / boardwalk was 30 seconds away. Frank’s place was super clean and he was one of the easiest owner/landlord to communicate with. We would def. consider renting again. Thank you, Frank!

Extremely Dissatisfied

Frank was great at first. He communicated with us in the lead up to our stay, providing the door code and even notifying us we could arrive early. After a 3 hour drive, we arrived at the property with our young kids around 5pm on Monday and left by 7:30pm the same day due to issues with cleanliness. The final straw was attempting to clean up the issues ourselves - as we were vacuuming the floors, it became clear this was not acceptable considering we paid Frank over 900 to rent the condo. We messaged Frank about the issues and that we were leaving the condo and he did not respond. Nothing - no apology or attempt to resolve the issues or even acknowledgement of our final message. No communication. Further we have not received any communication since we left that Monday. Let's discuss each room - in the bedroom, there were clothes and personal items (including a tooth brush) behind the beds, crumbs on the bedroom dresser, a large picture frame on the floor, hair and bugs on the floor, marks on the walls, and the air return vent was dirty. In the bathroom, there was hair on top of and around the toilet, ceiling tiles were stained, and the vent was dirty. In the kitchen, the counters needed to be wiped down, food residue on the cabinets and in the fridge. In the living room, there was dirt, sand, and dust bunnies. There was limited lighting throughout the condo. Needless to say this was an awful experience for us and we strongly caution other people against this rental.

Lovely stay

We had a great time. The location was great. The condo was neat. We had two teens and a toddler so we had them sleep in the bedroom and the two adults on a blow up in the living room.

Very nice getaway

We stayed in this unit for a week. Very nice for a family of four. Condo is one half block to the beach/boardwalk. This unit on the top floor of the complex with Ocean view from the room and outside the door. The unit was clean and comfortable as described. The host, Frank, was readily available to answer any questions and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The building management were also very accommodating, offering advice and recommendations. The unit appeared to be newly renovated and was very clean. We would definitely return for another visit.

Great stay!

Stayed here in June and had a great experience! Frank replied to any messages within minutes. Place was very clean, right down the street from the beach and boardwalk. Hoping to stay here again next year!

I work for Toyota. I'm a big sports fan. Love the eagles and sixers! Enjoy the beach, trips, breweries, and of course a good meal!

My grandparents purchased a condo in the same building about 25 years ago and I have been lucky enough to spend some time at the Mali Kai for a while now. Which is why I decided to get a place here! The atmosphere, the staff, the location. You just can't beat it.

This property is open year round. Wildwood Has plenty of events going on all the time. So it's nice to have somewhere to go or rent out to anyone in need. It's only a half block to the beach/boardwalk. And walking distance to basically anything you may need.
